These CD cases are durable and not flimsy as some others are. I'm very satisfied.
These jewel cases were too slim for my needs, so I have to return them. But, they were very well packaged, and seemed sturdy for every day use.
They are not super heavy duty, but unless you plan on backing over it with a 4x4 truck I don't see why the quality wouldn't be sufficient enough to store a simple DVD or audio CD in. I made a DVD slide show for work and created DVD inserts for the inside of it. It turned out very professional looking. If you are looking for a more heavy duty plastic, then this probably wouldn't be something you would like. Although, for the price and the amount you get I was more than satisfied with the quality.
