We bought 2 of these and they are beautiful and work well. As others have stated, the assembly process was frustrating. But, once we got it going, we love them!
I just purchased my heater and I'm so excited I'm buying another. I can't beli how much warmth it it puts out. It's one of our best purchases! Thank you
The instructions say 60 minute setup but it took me longer because I was doing it by myself with hand tools. The instructions were great but could use a bit more detail. My wife is so excited to get it lit up.
I used the heater twice over Thanksgiving and it works well in Jacksonville Florida. It wasn't hard to construct but time consuming as every screw needs to be removed ( 70+) before construction.
Chose this more for the beautiful flame than for heat, but it does provide some heat to take the chill out of the air. The ambiance it creates in your outdoor space is worth every penny. Assembly was incredibly simple with accurate visual instructions.
I bought this about 2 weeks ago and assembled it last weekend. The unit looks great and was fairly simple to assemble though the instructions could be better and the illustrations should be larger to clearly show detail. The unit does not generate any real heat and the flame is lower than expected and occasionally peaks to the top. My only real complaint is the propane tank needs to be removed in order to move the unit on its wheels. I found this out the hard way when the wheel brackets bent the 1st time I moved it.
We like this heater. It was very economical and it works well. The direction we very skimpy and could use help. It says it takes one hour but since the directions were so bad it took 3. Some photos really didn't look like what we were putting together or the angle was wrong so you couldn't tell what you were doing. But we got it together and it works well.
We love the look of the patio heater we purchased. It keeps up warm on cool evenings. I just wish the wheels rolled better when moving to store the heater.
If you buy this, you may wish to first get an Engineering degree because there are 1000 pieces (screws) and 8 steps in the directions. There are no details that explain how to assemble
By far the worst installation that I have done. Screws that needed to be removed were screwed in so tight they had to be stripped to remove. The instructions had you put the whole frame together and then you had to remove the screws that you just installed to put the covers on. I still haven't been able to get the flame lit and will have to wait for Monday when customer service opens up.
