Excellent choice for outdoor heating; much better than units available @ local shops. The knob to turn unit on was cracked & I already received the replacement in the mail. Besides a wonderful heater< I also received excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier!
Price was less than I could get it locally and with free shipping. Arrived in excellent shape and easly to put together as long as you follow directions.
I had problems with my old patio heater from a different manufacturer. I replaced with this Fire Sense Patio heater on wheels. It came very well packaged and was very easy to assemble with great instructions and tools. Used it for first time in light wind conditions and it performed excellently. Very easy to move into desired position.
Heater is easy to assemble and produces a good amount of heat.
Excellent product for use in the tough New England seasons.
we enjoy being able to sit out on cool nights, yet keep warm
This heater is perfect for our new screened porch!
Packaged in a box this outdoor commercial patio heater took me about an hour to put together. Instructions and assembly were very well described and simple to follow. Only issue was a slight leak at the propane regulator. That was taken care of with an extra adjustable wrench to tighten the connection. Unit fired up first try and was a welcome addition to our small patio.
Components are well made and materials are of a high quality. Assembly instructions and parts organization is good making it easy to assembly though its a couple of hours. The top hood is somewhat fiddly but with a little patience goes together nicely. Haven't had an opportunity to really use it but the initial trial showed it puts out a good amount of heat.
This is an excellent and well built patio heater.
