Great looking! Good heat. Had one cap nut that was was miss made, after a little time I was able to force it onto the screw with shop tools. It was tough to start the first time, but by following the directions and troubleshooting guide I was able to bleed the line and start the burner. Works great!
Purchased a week ago, easy to assemble however the shrink wrap on the reflector was difficult to completely remove. Very pleased with the heavy aluminum construction. Should last a long time.
Heavy duty powder coated aluminum heater which puts out great heat. Very nicely packaged and simple to assemble was a big plus. A bit pricy compared to other models but you get what you pay for here and I would definitely recommend it.
We bought 2 of these patio heaters and found them to be better than expected. We will enjoy them for months to come for sure. The heat is adequate and the appearance is acceptable. Just very good products doing their job well.
This is probably the nicest looking heater you can buy. Overall high quality, I took away one star because I felt the canopy could have been a bit heavier gauge stainless given the quality of the base.
Arrived nicely packaged. Went together easily (spent more time taking blue protective wrap off top reflector then it took to assemble entire heater!). Puts out good heat. I like the fact that it is easy to change tanks with door that opens. Only two improvements would be better directions to start heater (need to push in on knob while in pilot position) and it took longer then two minutes to bleed air from line for first start up. Well built and the integrated wheels are very sturdy.
Well constructed and gives off a good amount of heat. Pretty easy to assemble....removing the blue protective film was not easy.
This heater has met all of our expectations. The cast iron print adds a touch of elegance that the standard chrome heaters don't provide. The heat the unit radiates is very impressive. The only down side it the tricky initial lighting, the suggested 2 mins to bleed air from the line took at least double that amount of time and had us very confused. However, eventually it worked and we are very pleased!
happy with purchase so far. fairly easy to put together but had to re-drill several holes to make the screws fit,
Bought it a month ago and it has worked just like it should. It would have 5 stars if I didn't have to "adjust" several of the screw holes and fitment. Went together just fine after that. It allows the family to be outside and comfortable in cooler weather. Looks great and won't have to worry about rust with the cast aluminum body.
