My wife and I compromised on the selection of this unit---she wanted as much glass as possible with a small, decorative base and I wanted something that would actually provide heat. I must say that she is pleased and so am I. Although I needed a short step ladder to assemble the top without laying it down on its back, this seems to be a well built import for a change. Nice aesthetics, nice heat. Note: The retailer's website that I purchased this from stated that the cabinet was powder coated stainless steel. The manufacturer has confirmed that this is not correct. The cabinet is powder coated steel. Since this is not the WTLiving's fault, I am not deducting a star from the product rating.
We received this patio heater for Christmas and it was a simple and quick set-up. We had it assembled and in use Christmas Day. It is a beautiful heater and will extend the use of our patio for weeks as it puts out enough heat to keep off the cold air
I received this as a 2017 Christmas gift. It's a beautiful addition to my screened in porch. It creates a relaxing ambiance as well as just the right amount of heat. I had seen these at various restaurants, used on their outdoor patios, and I just had to have one. I plan to use it out by my pool during the warmer months. Upon opening the box and beginning to assemble, I noticed one of the glass tubes had a small crack at the top. I called the customer support center the following day to report the issue and they sent me a replacement glass tube in 2 days free of charge with no questions asked. Great company and product!
We live in Arizona and use this heater on our patio and it is beautiful! We hosted a party which was partly outside partly inside and everyone stated how comfortable they were outside even though the temps outside were in the 50's. Hayneedle was spot on with delivery. It was quick and arrived in great condition. Our 15 year old son put this together for us. And he said it was fairly simple. We are so impressed, we ordered another one from Hayneedle. Thank you Fire Sense and Hayneedle.
Bought this about a 3 months ago and put this together in about 45 minutes and wow!! This heater heats up our 20 by 12 screen room and in the cool evenings. So far pleased with it.
Just bought this patio heater, installation went very well, instructions are clear and detailed. The red ignition nob was loose in the shipping box, otherwise everything else was perfect. Beautiful look and warm heat, recommend this product.
Purchased right on time to enjoy this fall season. Looks beautiful and gives of enough heat to keep you outside a little longer.
I bought this as a Christmas gift and we absolutely love it. Wasn't hard to put together and it has wheels so it is easy to move around.
Bought this heater for my covered patio. It looks so classy and contemporary with a traditional flair. I love it and the heat it gives off is great because there is no top when used under a covered patio. However, it would be a nice option to add a cover when not under a patio.
Great ambiance but I'm not sure it throws off quite as much heat as the cheap, tin unit with the top-deflector that I had prior. A bit involved to assemble but came out fine and I like it. I got it on what seemed to be a close out price of around $275. I've seen similar units in the $500-700 range and I definitely wouldn't recommend this at anything close to that price but it was a good value at $275! I considered getting a second one for my cabin but the sale was over.
