Got this a week ago and my son absolutely loves it! It was easy to put together which is always a plus. The music and nature sound options are great and very soothing. He loves the light settings with the adorable birds! I love that it can be plugged in so no expensive batteries to buy and replace. Another great bonus is that you can take the rocker off which is very easy and convenient to use so one less item you'd have to purchase for your little one. It doesn't take up too much space and the rear legs unlock for easier storage. I wish I would've had this when my daughter was born & also that I would've got it sooner for my son! Easy to assemble and baby loves it. We enjoy that it's quiet, easy to use, has a variety of features, and has 4 functions. I shopped around and looked at many different swing options, very happy with this purchase!
When I opened the box, I was a bit overwhelmed by the number and size of the parts. But I was able to assemble the unit without any trouble, thanks to the clear instructions. (Hint for step No. 2: The hole in the part should face toward the back, not the front, because the hole is for the lower swing frame.) I put my baby into the sleeper when he was wide-awake. He was captivated by the lights on the birds, which actually fade on and off according to the music being played. My baby soon fell fast asleep. There is some squeaking noise when the unit is in swinging mode. But my baby sleeps soundly because the music drowns out the small squeak. I also like to play the unit's “nature” music in the background when I am nursing my baby. Bottom line: My baby is taking longer naps and has fewer startling reflexes while sleeping. That means Mommy is taking longer naps too. And the phone app allows me to control the sleeper without getting out of bed! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
It took us close to 1 hour to assemble it. I also downloaded the application Smart Connect to my Iphone 6 which rapidly connected with the swing. As soon as it was ready we used it with the straight forward position but it seemed it was swayed so we swiched it to a sided position and it looked more balanced. We secured our daughter who immediately fell in love with the birds of the swing mobile, she is 3 months old, as the birds come with integrated lights, it caught her attention. When we added the music she fell asleep after 5 minutes as it was very soothing. I liked the fact the swing doesn't take so much space as we place it in our living room and it is a small space. I wished the shoulder belts were padded for extra comfort. This product is very convenient as you can control it from across the room with your smart phone. I liked the fact you can detach the seat and use it as a manual rocking chair so she can continue using it in every room. The swing has a lot of melodies to choose from. I received this product in exchange for an honest review. We were so excited to try this swing! My latest little baby who is now 3 months loves to swing which makes mama happy so I can drink my coffee and eat a meal now and then. She took to it immediately. She really loves the little birdies that light up and the mirrored one also. This is a really neat feature because the twinkling lights seem to keep her intrest! The swing motion is very smooth which is nice because my older Graco swing had a bit of a hitch at the apex of each side which sometimes woke her up. And I love the fact that the seat rotates to do eitger back to front or side to side motion. Sometimes you just need to change it up. I will say the swing speed is insanely fast however. I would never put it on more than a 1 or 2. The lift off feature for the rocker part is nice, but I can't see us using it much with a toddler in the house who likes to try and help by rocking the baby a little too rough. The swing seat is very nice and snuggly which is why I think she loves it so much. I will say that the seat recline and incline does not allow for much variance. I wish it sat up just a few degrees further for when she ia a bit older nd wants to look around. The music and nature sounds selection is also very good. I was very intrigued by the smart connect feature and app controller. While it is nice to not have to get up and readjust the settings on the swing I can't see me using it a whole bunch. I do have a button loving toddler who likes to mess with the settings so I can see the advantages of needing to adjust the settings from afar if I am busy doing other things, but so far I forget to push the button to connect so I just have to walk over and adjust it anways. Overall I am very happy with this product and I am sure with chasing a busy toddler my baby will get to enjoy this for a while! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The. Babies love the swing and the birds. The birds light up but one has a mirroed finish. You Can use the musicin the swing or connect your phone and play your own music. My 5 month old grandson is getting to long gor the cradle but still enjoys the music and the birds.
Delivered in a timely fashion. Box was battered, bruised, and basically appeared as if it had been wet. Opened it right away to inspect the product. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything intact, wrapped in plastic. Very useful, easy to operate an maintain. Very good buy!
I was sent this item as a test and review product and I would have to say I am loving it! The feature where you can fully operate it from your phone or tablet is very helpful. I like that you can also change the direction of the swing or you can remove the seat all together and it becomes a rocker that you can sit of the floor. So far the only thing I wish it would do would be the mobile move around instead of stay still. I definitely recommend this product for your rocker/swing combo for your sweet bundle of joy!!! I bought this for my 2 month old because it looked really sleek and for the mobile phone capability sounded convenient. While it does look very nice and doesn't take up too much space, I was unable to sync the swing to my phone so never ended up using that function. Also I find that the lowest swing speed is too fast so I just manually swing him instead. For some reason, my baby always spits up every time put him in the seat, even without swinging. I do like the music and nature sounds very much. My baby enjoys the bird mobile and is always fascinated by the mirrored bird.
Definitely not my favorite swing! I can say it is absolutely adorable but, It seems to not work the way it’s supposed to. The arm part for the swing seems like it’s going to fall out. It sometimes won’t swing and of course I’m passed the return date other wise I’d return it. It makes a loud clicking noise and sounds broken.
