I received the swing when I was pregnant with my daughter. She is now 13 months and we still use it every single day. We have never had an issue with it. In the beginning we used it very frequently during the day. And for the last five months or so we use it for about two hours a day during her nap. great product.
We purchased this swing for our daughter and we absolutely loved it until we accidentally damaged the cover. It was a great swing that we enjoyed having and our daughter loved it. Our only concern is that we are having a very difficult time finding a cover replacement. I would have probably given this product five stars if we were able to use it beyond three weeks.
I just bought this from toys r us. Set it up in the house and when I turn the lights to the mobile on, it makes this terribly loud knocking noise. So disappointed because this is such a cute swing and has a lot of great features. Can't put a baby in it when it sounds like a plane is taking off above her head though!
I bought this and was so excited to put it in my daughters room. Not only did it come without the harness straps but it is so noisy! It constantly has this grinding sound in rhe motor and takes a while to get started. I always have to "jump" start it by pushing the swing. The music is not soothing what so ever. My daughter cries anytime I turn anything but the mobile on. I would take it back but we set it up before she was born so I dont have the receipt or the box. A waste of $170!!!
I purchased this for our new baby and it lasted 4 days until the motor quit working. it was loud since day one. and they discontinued it and the new one they exchange it for is very cheap looking. i wouldnt give it a one star but i have to
We received this as a gift and had to replace the motor twice now does not work at all, it is very noisy and wakes the baby, also I would have to push it to get it going when it did work:( very disappointed this one didn't work
I bought this swing for my granddaughter. The motor went out after nine days. It just stopped swinging. Such a waste of money, and such a disappointment. Can't anyone make a good, solid product anymore?
I loved this swing when we received it. It is very cute and easy to set up but doesn't last long. I have only had this swing a little less than a month and the motor is bad in it, It is constantly making this very loud clicking noise and has been since the first day we tried to use it. I could understand some noise but not like that. I had high hopes for this swing but it has failed.
We were so excited to buy this swing for our new baby girl. We just bought and assembled it this evening. The motor is trash. It makes the most awful noises and clicking sounds. It also doesn't stay at the same speed. I have it running behind me as I'm typing this right now. We are sooooo disappointed. Now I have to figure out who I return this to... The store or Fisher-Price? It's a very beautiful swing, I'm so upset that it doesn't work properly. And this is RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX BRAND NEW. Horrible. I guess the only consolation is that we figured this out before baby is here and have time to find a GOOD swing. (I read in the manual that the swing operates best when there is actually a baby in it and I just want to make it known that we tested it with our niece who is 8lbs and 2 weeks old. It has the same faulty operation either way.) Save yourself a lot of time and effort and don't waste your money on this swing. I ignored poor reviews because I was a Fisher-Price fan. Now I wish I had listened. :(
Picked this on our baby registry. Received it as a gift. Baby is 2 weeks old and already motor is broke...makes a loud noise every so often and doesn't swing..it sounds like its trying. Beautiful to look at..but cant use..such a let down..and for the price that was paid..not worth it. From other reviews this sounds like an ongoing problem...so why sell them if they break
