This rocking bassinet is extremely easy to set up. You pop it out and add the legs and you're ready to go. It is a deep bassinet which keeps your child safe in it. My 3 month old loves the rocking feature. I can place him by me and rock him in it until he falls asleep. I do wish the material wasnt all white because I have 3 other children and it will easily get dirty from them touching it. But overall the rocking is smooth and helps soothe my little one to sleep. The Fisher-Price Rock with Me Bassinet is the perfect solution for my 18 pound, 6 month old grandson who wants to be near his mama or granny when he sleeps. It is so easy to fold and carry or store when it isn't needed. He loves to be rocked to sleep now and I am at ease knowing he is sleeping beside the bed at night. The pad is easily washed in the washer but I chose to hand wash it for now. I know he will outgrow it soon but we will enjoy it until then. Assembly was really easy and fast. I bought this a month ago for my grandson and I'm so glad I did. It's the best bassinet I've ever boughten and used. The Rock with me Bassinet is alot more roomy than any other bassinets I've seen or used. It alsonrocks from side to side which is been so helpful with my grandson. And it folds up in just one click and you can store under bed or in closet. We are expecting our 4th child in less than a month. We've had many, many other products for newborn sleeping arrangements and I know this is going to be my favorite. We have a large play yard that we've set up that has a built in bassinet, however it takes up so much space in our room and it's not washable. In the past, we usually have our babies sleep in our room for the first few months (at a minimum) due to late night feedings. This is compact enough that it's not bothersome and it can easily fold it up in seconds if I really need to. I also love that there's a manual rocking feature that I know will come in handy. We were able to try this for our 4 month old and it was perfect for our bedroom, living room and trip to the park. This was easy to put up, take down and take with us in the car. The size was perfect for the baby to sleep and stretch out, it has netting on the side for air to flow through. A very simple product, but great quality. Only special features are how easy it is to fold up and put away when not in use. There is no music or vibration feature. Easy rocks with your assistance on hard flooring but not on carpet. I wouldn't recommend this for a baby with reflux or colic. If you just need a simple bassinet, then this is for you. I received the Rock with me bassinet a little over a week ago. We had a rock n play with our first child and I'm so glad that we found something else for our second that is safe. We will be able to take this with us when we travel and also to the babysitter so our baby has a safe place to nap during the day. I love that the sheet come off and is able to go into the wash and you are able to wipe the pad off.I wish we were able to purchase back up sheets for this, so if we need to wash one we have a back up. Rock with me bassinet was very easy to assemble. It's a perfect bassinet to have as a co-sleeper in a bedroom and great to move to another room for a nap. I expected it to be lighter and easier to carry. It's actually a bit heavy for me and I can't imagine having a newborn and having to carry it around. It would be easy to push and place elsewhere. The best part of this bassinet is that I can easily set it to rocking mode or stationary mode. It does not rock by itself, but it's nice that it has a nice slow rocking to it.
