It is noisy, but it is an outside toy. My 3 year old and 7 year old have had a blast with it. Wish it came with more balls. You can get extra balls at Fisher-Price.com but it cost more to ship them than the balls themselves.
Great for the kids! Perfect tool for helping them progress through the different phases.
Gave this to my nephew for his fifth birthday. My brother said it was easy to set up and very cool. My nephew loves it. Costs about the same as the non-automatic type of t-ball stand. Loved watching video of him enjoying it for the first time!
Broke it out for the twins 3rd Birthday party. The 3 levels kept everyone busy.
I bought this for my 2-3 yr. old & it's really fun! She's 4 now & we're still getting plenty of use from it! It works as a t-ball stand, pitches the ball straight up & pitches the ball across a short distance. It takes a little practice but very quickly one gets used to hitting the pitches. Great for hand-eye coordination and everyone who comes over (ages 2-10+) has a blast playing with it. I highly recommend it!
My son loves this toy, it made an amazing Easter gift and he LOVES IT- however... it is way too loud. The motor makes a sound you have to yell over, its not super.
The overall idea of this product is a "Home Run" but I felt that the motor needed more power to pitch out the ball.
We used one of these at a friend of ours and it worked great. We ordered one and it works just ok... the motor is pretty noisy and it works but probably should work better. If not for having to tear it all apart and box it back up and back to the store I would.
I have been purchasing Fisher Price toys for over 50 years. Many of them are still being used. Has always been the go to name whenever a gift for a new baby is needed or a birthday gift. After putting the "triple Hit Baseball together, took it outside so the 3 1/2 year old could use it. Every time he either hit the ball off of the T or hit the T itself, the T section needed to be anchored back into its proper position. The "fun" lasted about 10 minutes and he was tired of it coming apart and we were tired of putting it back together. It is being returned to the store.
After unpacking the toy, assembling it, and installing the batteries, it did't work. We tried reinstalling the batteries a few times, but it didn't change anything; it was clearly defective. Our disappointed children never got a chance to play with it. I'm returning it tomorrow. Very unlike a Fisher Price product. Hope it was just a dud.
