My 7 yo. son received this from his grandparents as a gift. He loves playing with it. It is built well & larger than it looks. Great item for the adventurism child. My 2 yo even enjoys playing with it.
This was a birthday present for my 7 year old son. His face just lit up when he got this! He already has the batman imaginext cave and spends hours playing with that and now he LOVES this new castle and plays with it for hours a day with his little sister. This as other imaginext products is made very well, not cheaply as a lot of toys are today. My son loves the sounds and all the neat things that this castle does. I would recommend this to anyone.
BEEN THROUGH SEVERAL STORES, SEVERAL HOURS, AND HUNDREDS OF PRODUCTS, AND THIS IS THE ONE MY SON COULD NOT DO WITHOUT. HE TOUCHES ALL THE TOYS, AND HAS THE OPTION TO BUY WHAT HE WANTS. BOTTOM LINE; WAL-MART HAD THE BEST DEAL AND THE EASIEST WAY TO PURCHASE, THANKS
My boys love this castle. THey even make sure that they keep all the pieces are keep together and put away in a certain spot so they dont lose them. They have never done this before lol. I have a four yr old boy and twin 2yr old boys. We have several imaginex dinasours which is always been very durable Im just as pleased with this castle. They have alot of dragons and accserories to go with it. Iam looking to buy the batcave now for my older sons birthday.
The grandkids both absolutely love playing with the castle. The best part of this item is that it does NOT have to be put together. Last year we bought this cave type item, also from Imaginext. It had to be put together and we been putting it together for a year now. We've tried all types of glue, but it consistently falls apart. We love that this item is not falling apart, with the kids bringing us pieces to glue back. Thank you Imaginext for making this a 'one piece' item!
This was a birthday gift for my 6 yr old son. He had been wanting this castle for months. When he finally got it, it did not disappoint. It's a great toy that will keep an active boy busy for hours. Now, my son has his eye on the batman cave....hmmm..we'll have to put that on the list.
This was purchased for my 2.5 year old grandson for Easter. He was delighted! This toy, once out of the package, does more that you can imagine. It comes with all of the extra little 'knights" that I thought I might have to purchase separatly. He plays with this for at least an hour a day. A great toy for ALL ages!
My son has wanted this ever since he saw it at a store. It's larger that I expected and has plenty of sounds, lights and moving parts to keep one entertained. It is well constructed and creatively designed. I would recommend it and my son wanted to sleep beside it that night.
My son would play with this toy every time we went to the store. So we got it for him for Christmas. Overall it's a great toy for imaginative play, but some of the pieces don't work all that well. The "face" is pretty loose and the mouth always hangs down a little. The castle gate/door never shuts completely and doesn't close when you use the figure in the slot. The cnandelier is odd. We can't figure out how to use it. Other than that my son has fun rolling the boulders and playing with the dragon. We got our castle fairly cheap (on sale) so it was worth it for us. I don't think I would have been very happy if we had paid full price though. We LOVE the Imaginext line, but I have to wonder about their bigger, interactive toys. They don't seem as sturdy as the smaller toys.
This is really a great toy! The lights aren't "quite" as bright and cool as the picture shows, but it's a nice big toy and the sounds effects are way cool. I only knocked off a star from everthing because the dragon heads mouth quit opening, and the doors/gates don't really work as they should, but my 3.5 & 5 year old don't notice. Great toy, I love Imaginext stuff!
