It keeps my 6 month old grand son occupied for about 1 hour. I think it is a great toy for him.
I bought this a month ago for my home daycare and am happy this was my final choice! Not only does my small infant find it entertaining but the older child will sit and play with it as well. The lights, sounds and music are great because they can play for up to 20 minutes without touching a thing! Very sturdy & well made as well.
I bought this for my newborn about a month ago. Having the 2 settings so that she can learn that her hitting the dangling things makes noise is great as well as having the just music so she can just relax in it. I also love that I will be able to use this for more than just a few weeks or months.
My now 3 month old didn't like this play gym at first. He would maybe sit there for 5 mins then start crying but after a day or two he went crazy over it. He loves the lights and music that it plays and he smiles everytime he hits a toy and it makes a noise or giggles at him. I like the fact that you can control the volume and if it plays full songs or short ones. Love that it can grow with him and he can still play with it when he's a toddler! Pretty happy with it overall.
Purchased for a baby shower...had previously purchased for my grandson...many months of playing for a baby.
So I got this for my baby niece who lives with me. I personally love play and grow products and I truly like this one because it has 3 different stages of play and grow. If you little one is anything like my niece she has her days where all she wants to do is lay on the floor with toys. And with this one it works out perfect she's able to lay on my back and still be able to fully enjoy this. I think it's the music on here that she really loves. And the music does seem to play for awhile versus others. What's also great about this is the color changing lights feature that isn't has, it truly keeps the kids busy as they are watching the lights change and trying to catch it. Then there's the stand and play stage which I personally enjoy. The music is playing and the kids are dancing and playing with the toy all at the same time. I highly recommend this product. This gym is great, is keeping our granddaughter entertained for hours. It is true, it grows as she grows.
Made mom incredibly happy having 2 children a year apart. Nothing better than getting them to play together.
Great sounds, colors, and toys! My 5 month old grandson holds on to stay sitting up and supports himself standing with it. Better if the pad was larger, but perfect with larger padding underneath.
Since I got it two issues have been found 1. the play mat itself is too small and 2. The space under the giraffe and zebra make it easy for the babies head/arms/legs to get stuck while moving around we have since put small pillows there and my baby couldn't be happier play with it
