My grandson loves it. Did adjust so it is in high gear as he is well accustomed with motorized vehicles. Keeps a very good charge as well. Seems durable at this point but we will see. Nice unit for my grandson and his younger sister.
We got this Ninja Turtle Jeep for Christmas for our 5 and 6 year old sons. They love it! It was easy to put together and works great. There's plenty of room for the both of them (which I was worried about) and the speeds are great. The faster speed actually goes pretty fast and they enjoy the thrill that it's not slow like a "baby jeep"
This purchase was a gift and it delivered everything as promised! All parts were present and in good shape, it took about an hour and a half to assemble (not difficult just a little time-consuming), and it resulted in a great and durable jeep to be used for many hours of enjoyment! It even arrived one day sooner than promised which was great as well. In reviewing several battery-operated options for my grandson, I'm very happy with this one and would buy it again if need be! He just turned 3 and was quickly able to learn how to operate and navigate the car - he loved it!
I purchased this for my grandson to keep at my home as he lives in a condo with no play area. This Jeep runs great the grass with the setting at the low speed.
Assembly was very straight forward. I did it myself in under an hour and I took my time. This was a gift for our 3 year old grandson and he loved it. We didn't even realize that the "high" gear was disabled by default. This is good as I don't think he would have handled 5+MPH out the gate. This higher speed options will be a nice "upgrade" once he becomes more comfortable behind the wheel. We live in a rural area with a large (1/4 mile) driveway. I am not sure that this car would be practical in an urban setting just cause it covers a lot of ground, quickly. We are very happy with the purchase and it arrived within a week on our doorstep.
I bought this for my grandson and he loves it. It was very simple to assemble and only took 30 minutes to put together.
I purchased the Fisher Price Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle power wheels ride on for my sons 4th birthday. My son loves it! He rides it twice a day, almost everyday unless it's raining. The product works great and I would recommend to anyone.
The jeep it self is great. My son loves it. I didn't realize that there were models that had working lights and mp3 player this one DOES NOT. But if your okay with your kiddo being called stickers then this is a great starter jeep. There is definitely slipping if you aren't on a flat surface. I have heard that you can get tractions bands to help though I have heard it's just as easy to take a mountain bike tire cut to size of jeep tire and screw them in to the hard plastic.
We purchased this for our twins 3rd birthday. We ordered it to arrive the day before their birthday and it didn't show. I called the day prior to delivery and the man reassured me it would be here. Well, it didn't end up arriving until three days after their birthday. Walmart was as accommodating as possible and did give us a percentage off. The jeep itself is great. Very easy to assemble and the kids absolutely love it. They zoom around together and it's just adorable! Had shipping been better I would've given 5 stars.
This was my 3rd purchase of a F-P Power Wheels and this Ninja Turtle model isn't as nice nor well put-together as the other two F-P Power Wheels I've purchased and put together at same price point. Got it on sale but had I paid full price it would go back. Definitely disappointed. Compared to the other F-P PW we have: the roll-bar is flimsy, wobbles and there are gaps in the plastic as it doesn't fit together tightly no matter how tight you get the screws (I use the roll bars to help out if our child gets stuck or to maneuver into storage however you wouldn't dare with this one) The latches on this model to hold the hood on just clip and are constantly un-clipping leaving the hood lose and bouncing around compared to our others that have a spring-type clip which never comes undone. Minor: this model has no little 'doors' to open/close and the rear 'trunk' area is non-exsistant as our little ones like to put stuff in the back. I would never consider anything but a F-P Power Wheels however this model falls short. I could understand better reviews if you have nothing to compare it to.
