These pictures took a long time but with these gel pens, the end result was beautiful.
I purchased this item for $11.73. Liked them so much I decided to purchase another as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately within that 8 day period the price rose to $13.80. No matter your getting 48 pens for around 29 cents each. They come in a plastic box with 4 individual trays which makes them easy to use. I wish they had a grip on them but for this price who cares. In the recent past I have purchased a 24 pack of "Scribble Stuff" gel pens for about 50 cents per pen. Their real nice and have a grip but obviously pricey. I enjoy coloring with these pens. My recommendation... Buy them you'll enjoy them too! :-)
I purchased the Fiskars Journaling Pet Set, for use with coloring books. I have several new coloring books that contain the delicate and tiny sketches. The Fiskars gel pens work great for coloring books as there is no bleed through and the pens mark is small for those tiny areas. Fiskars gel pens also last a good while and I have never noted leakage or much if any skipping. In a way they seem pricey at the now price of $14.24 but you do get 48 pens. They come packaged well in the plastic casing of 12 per case inside the overall plastic container....almost like sliding a drawer out. Beautiful colors too!
I am using my Fiskars Journaling Pen Set for accents in my art projects. I particularly like the "glitter" pens to make animals eyes show up. I had a set for about 3 years and use them up and was happy to find they are still available. I think this is an excellent product.
I absolutely love these pens for coloring! The colors are bright and the pen is smooth. It's great for coloring in those teeny tiny details and for filling large areas with ease. I love to color but with colored pencils they tend to break and it takes a lot of pressure to shade in. With these pens you don't need any pressure which makes coloring much more enjoyable. Will be buying more in the future!
These pens write very nicely. They are smooth and have true to color pigment. Also, a great buy!
It's great to have so many colors, but the barrels are only half full and the ink flows fine and a little scratchy. Papermate Inkjoy pens are so much nicer. I will def use these and make the most of my purchase, there are certainly a lot of them for the price! I think it's a great buy for kids especially.
These are not good for coloring like the normal gel pens. If you want to use them to color they work but for most small areas.
Would not recommend! These pens do nothing but skip! I do a lot of adult coloring and I have to keep scribbling on a scrap piece of paper to get the pens to write and then they stop writing within seconds, horrible product! I bought cheaper pens at my local craft store and they work flawlessly for the fraction of the price. I would never buy these again or even recommend them. Disappointed !!!
These pens brok on the inside. I've had pens leaking everywhere and it's just not a good item to buy. This all happened after opening the box and start using them.
