These muffins are great IF you follow the directions and add a touch of ghee butter, or coconut oil. I also top with a little sugar free maple syrup, and I've know others to top with sugar free whip topping. These are my goto for a quick breakfast through the work week."
a great alternative to a protein bar. also takes long to eat and I topped mine with no sugar whipped cream so it really feels like a meal
Put in one cup of water - ran over in the microwave and had a really bad smell. Decided not to eat it.
