This is a great product to help flush your system. I found this was perfect before my ankle surgery. I had to make sure my system was clean prior to arriving because of the negative reactions I have to anesthesia. This product worked like a charm. Well I haven't used the fleet saline enema in years. But just recently, I was given pain meds, that seemed to bound me up good.
