It took away the problems and I didn't wake up groggy or drowsy I have added this to my nighttime routine when I find myself down in the dumps with allergies.

The worst is when it keeps you from sleeping and getting a good nights rest. I tried the Flonase nighttime allergy relief when my allergies were at their worst. It seemed to alleviate some of my symptoms. For an over the counter medicine, it was pretty good.
