I love this probiotic. So many of the kids probiotics on the market are either gummies which I hate for the teeth or taste terrible. This one tastes great and no worries about sugar sticking to the teeth! It's so easy to mix into a small amount of water a drink it. My 7 year old drank it right down. I like the taste too. Based on the information in the package this is a great probiotic for immunity. I am anxious to see if it helps us in the fall and winter when the germs are really nasty. The FlorastorKids has been working great with my child. I love the packets and they're easy to carry with my in my purse for on-the-go. My child struggles with many foods as he is extremely picky and misses out on many foods which have fiber or general immune support. He actually loves the tutti-frutti flavoring and it is also easy to mix in with some juice if you have a child that doesn't love the flavor. Really happy with this product! I recieved this Florastor Kids Daily Probiotic and this has helped my family and children in so many ways! I love this product so much and I do not know what I would do without it. I give this to my children as a daily supplement to get them back on track and it really works wonders. I got this for my two girls. I tried it first to see how they would like it. The flavor was not a favorite, but ok. The tutti fruity tasted like strawberries and bananas, and then the texture was a turnoff. My oldest absolutely refused to take it. I was very excited to have my toddler try Florastor kids because I have read about all of the benefits of probiotics and I was excited that this product specifically helps support the immune system but we unfortunately have not had the greatest experience. I'll start with the positives, however. The packaging of this product is unique in the fact that it has a flap on the front that can be opened to reveal a list of benefits that it provides. It was definitely an eye catching design. I love that the packaging is very informative and that the booklet inside also has a lot of information regarding probiotics for children. I also appreciate that it is gluten-free, vegetarian and appropriate for lactose intolerance. We don't have any of those dietary restrictions in our house but I think it's great that they are able to provide their product to a wide range of customers. This, unfortunately, is where the positives end for us. I'll preface this with the fact that my daughter will eat and drink just about anything. She loves complex flavors. That being said, on the first attempt, we tried putting the sachet into water. My child took one sip and refused the rest so the next few times, we put the sachets into juice. This had a little more success and she would drink about half of the juice but then refuse the rest. To be honest, I tasted it as well and did not enjoy it. It also has a really odd smell that is hard to get past. Regardless, we kept trying for about a week but my little one would only take a few sips before throwing the sippy cup down. I wish I could share the effects that the probiotics had on my girl but I don't think she was able to get enough into her system to make a difference. I feel like it may have been more successful if the product wasn't flavored and could be masked more easily by fruit juice. I do realize that everyone's tastes are different and we will keep trying but at this point I am unimpressed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
