Wonderful product! Put to soak in boiling water and leave overnight. Then peas may be used in any recipe you would ordinarily put peas in! Great quality and very tasty! Highly recommend!
Arrived by priority mail in three days. Twenty five pounds split between two sturdy 12.5 pound plastic bags. These bags feel/appear to be vacuum sealed noting a 4 year "use by" date. Have not opened them Part of bag is transparent and the peas are good sized and look very nice.

I purchased the peas with the thought of adding them to a trail mix blend. I purchased soy sauce and proceeded to soak the peas in the sauce overnight. I then boiled the peas in a large pot with garlic salt and blessed salt. After four hours they were ready to roast. I roasted them for about an hour, which was too long. Left alone without the roasting they turned out great. Thanks for the tip.

These peas are the way to go when you don't have a lot of storage space like me, plus they store for quite a while after the bag has been opened and need no refrigeration.

I've been looking for a variety of dried peas that I can use to make a British dish called Mushy Peas. These look like they'll be a good fit. I'm very happy with the price and quantity. I'm a frequent customer of the line of foods they sell and will continue to be in future.
Best whole dried peas we've ever purchased... so good in fact we ordered another two bags... when we rinsed them off before soaking they were so clean they hardly needed rinsing.... I am planning to look at this company to see what else they have.. and purchase from them... I also love that they send a follow up e-mail to see if we liked the product or had any problem in anyway... Good Job!!!!!!
