I like these filters for the price. I tend to run these on the daily drivers which I make sure get oil changes every 3500/3mos. On collector cars that sit I would advise to use the high end filters as they will last longer in time as they are made of much better materials. As an example, I have three F bodys a third, fourth, and fifth Generation, none of which get more than 1500 miles per year. So, If I use a highest end filter I can be confident about leaving full synthetic with that filter for 12 months. The LS3 takes 9 quarts of full Synthetic...

First time I used this was several years ago. Most recently, there was a deal and I grabbed this. The gritty base makes for easy installation, as well as the "by-hand" tight torque recommended. Though I have the precise tool for socket removal, for the first time, I was able to REMOVE the filter by hand as well. This was very welcome and will be a feature I look for in future filters.

when you ask for a grade of oil will only show you what fits your car not what you ask for. eratetes me to think it knows more than i do what it needs does it pay for it too will cover warranty too nope
