Originally I was going to switch from Amazon to Walmart, but what I was taken through on Saturday left me with disappointment %26 Sadness. 3 orders of flowers (That were Out of Stock but they let me order anyway) were cancelled "After" I ordered them due to them being Out of Stock, and I was charged a delivery fee for each. If I wasn't sick, I would've pick them up myself, I am 66 %26 my Mom is 90, I prayed that she wouldn't notice half her flowers were dead. I cried Saturday because of it, it was going to be my Saddest day. I was down to my last $40 after all those cancellations, the last order of flowers that I finally got were half dead %26 dying, I cried when I seen them. I sadly thought that Walmart had better quality, every order (At least 3) had a delivery charge %26 were cancelled, I used a representative (Muhammad) to assist me, after debating with him for a minute he found flowers, but as I said they were half dead. I was going to change from Amazon to Walmart because they were going to be my go to store for everything, but I am scared now. Unfortunately I had to give my Mom half dead flowers praying she would notice. Everything was a disaster, nobody would believe a story like this, it was unbelievable and embarrassing and a very sad day for me, I Cried before I gave them to her. I really do hope a person in change at Walmart reads this because I am disappointed but I still love Walmart, but I am scared and I'm still having 2nd thoughts about Walmart.
I ordered tulips and they substituted orange lilies with yellow roses. Half of the roses were already brown. Very disappointed in these!!
The bouquet was a lot smaller than expected and the flowers were all dying
The flowers y'all picked out for my mom weren't the best they already started to fall apart when she got them.
Worst bouquet I've ever received in my life they were terrible. They were falling apart, and 90% of them were dead.
