The tomato were extremely small and one was rotted. However, Wal-Mart does great with hassle-free refunds and refunded my money. i have received lots of bad produce through deliveries, but they are always good about refuing bad products, which is the only reason I continue to use them.
What I thought I was buying was beefsteak tomatoes. They are smaller than the Roma tomatoes. $1.98 for 3. While Roma tomatoes are .25 cent's each. I need to stop shopping late at night, my bad I didn't catch it.
Moldy tomatoes, 2 were very moldy one had what looked like a nail mark in it. The produce manager might need to start going through and culling items that have gone off, it’s not acceptable to sell these things to customers when they should be thrown away.
My tomatoes arrived rotten!!! I contacted Walmart through the App and no refund. Bad customer service Walmart! Don't buy fresh produce for delivery if it's bad you get no refund.
Whoever picked out These tomatoes, absolutely had to of seen. They were moldy and rotten. You would think I would learn not to order produce because they always give you the oldest stuff that nobody wants.
I will no longer get any produce from Walmart online grocery. This is the 2nd time my tomatoes have been like this. Not to mention the shoppers can't get bananas right. I've had plaintains for bananas. The cucumber I got today was also very soft. With grocery prices increasing everyday you'd think Walmart would care that their customers get what they pay for. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
Every time I get produce in my Walmart delivery order it is terrible quality and spoiling within a day or two max. Then they want me to bring the items to the store to get my refund which I can't currently do.. completely unacceptable. I had these tomatoes delivered and noticed mold literally the next day (this photo is 2 days after delivery), so they are useless. Same with my onions, lettuce, grapes and Bananas every time I order. I have to get my groceries delivered because I can't go out to the store in my current condition, but it's just a waste of money every time at this point, so I will have to do without. Do better Walmart, your produce is awful.
*ALL TOMATOES WERE MOLDY!!! All the tomatoes were moldy where they were in contact with cardboardcardboard packaging!!! This is the 3rd time I've ordered these and everytime they have been moldy, EVERYTIME!!!! I wish you could do zero or even negative stars cause this is UNACCEPTABLE AND DANGEROUS!!!!!🤮🤮🤮
Absolutely horrible to put a grocery order in and when you get home with it to see you have mold on your items!!! The shopper doing this order was absolutely awful!!
This is the SECOND time I have received rotten tomatoes from Walmart while using the grocery delivery service, never again. I guess if I want fresh ones I'll have to venture into the store myself. I'm sure everyone has heard the old saying that starts off with "If you want something done right....' by now and it rings VERY true in this instance. Everything else was great though. 🙂
