This cake has just the right amount of moisture and sweetness. Will purchase again!
More like pound cake than a light airy angel food cake. Has a slight vanilla flavor. I wouldn't purchase again but not because it tastes bad but because it's not angel food cake. If I want pound cake I'll purchase pound cake. Disappointed because I purchased it for a dessert I was serving.
The price for the angel food cake has increased considerably, but what is even more insulting is that the size has been reduced significantly as well. So we get to pay much more and get much less. Not worth it and I will not be buying this any more.
Angel food cake container was popped open with the cake flipped off of the tray and suspended sideways in the bag. I also had a hole torn into my Cosmic apple bag, just large enough to grab an apple out and the weight of my apples was 2.7 pounds not 3 pounds. My container of Simply Limeade possibly would have been good but had a March 8th 2024 expiration date, when I received the item on May 11th, 2024. The delivery also had my grape tomatoes spilled all over the bag and on my porch. Also the seal on my limeade lid was completely broken.
I ordered this angel food cake when I did a pick up. When I got home and unloaded the car I noticed it expired on the same day I picked up. Not only did it expire that day there was another sticker underneath it. No telling how old is cake is.
Idk who made this cake but surely didn't have any baking practice very bad taste it's like two months old
I ordered my groceries to be delivered on the 11th of April. when I received the angel food cake it wa 3 days out of date.
Didn't even deserve one star, but a star rating was required. Had a very off flavor, almost like vinegar. Cut a piece, had a bite....and threw it all out.
The cake had a pinch taken out on each side. The pinch pieces were not in the package so someone done it in the store. If the store sells cakes with pinches out of it then they should not charge full price
I bought the cake for convenience but for over $5 it was not worth it. It was small and dried up. Highly disappointed.
