[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had dishwashers for 45 years, many were more expensive and 'fancier' (no. of cycles, placement of 'buttons', etc.). However, this Frigidaire cleans as well or better. We don't care whether the 'tub' is metal or PVC since they both wear (over time) about the same. There is only ONE construction feature I would mention. When the door is fully down and the rack is pulled out/forward, the rear wheel on the rack only 'rests/stops' when it gets caught in the gap between the door and the main body. That causes a minor problem only when the dishes are fully loaded in the rack because it requires an effort to push the rack back inside the body of the dishwasher. If a design engineer could make that 'gap' a bit smaller or the wheel (diameter) on the rack wider, that would minimize any issue. Otherwise, this model works very well; especially the water heat boosting feature during cold winter weather when hot water sits in pipes between usage and cools. We really like the heat boost options. This function (heat boost) is very important when cleaning pots because we use the dishwasher EVERY day as we diet and do our own cooking.

However, it won't work. It will run for 30 mins and then shuts off. At this point, it doesn't drain the water, just stops. All lights go off and it doesn't restart. We've had this dishwasher for about a year now and it started leaking and we have replaced all the seals that we googled and it also has a noise problem that sounds worse than my garage disposal!!!! I have to keep towels on the floor under the dishwasher and also in front of it and it doesn't help, this thing leaks so bad that it is literally rotting out my floor and the bottom of my cabinets! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! It may be a great price BUT definitely not worth paying cheap because YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

The door won't stay open, the wheel broke off in 2 weeks on the bottom rack, the bottom rack wont stay out when loading/unloading dishes, and it will slide in and flip up mid load like some crazy dish yeeting maniac. We just moved into this house are are the first owners/users of this dishwasher. I couldn't recommend this and still think I'd go to heaven.
I bought this dishwasher in September 2022, it is not even a month old and the water will not drain from the bottom after the wash cycle. There is nothing clogging the drain and I do not have a garbage disposable to interfere with this product..This is the third time I have had to scoop water from the bottom and today is spilled all on my kitchen floor. There isn't even a drain button on the front of the dishwasher!!!!

After trying recommended products to try to clean the stainless steel the stains on the front remain. I would not buy this machine again don't recommend it now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand new dishwasher was put into my home during negotiations when I bought my house, so I have used it for less than 3 months. I thought the terrible qualities it has was just because it was new and just needed to be “broken in”. But no. Every time the dishwasher is ran and I open it, a huge wafting smell of burnt rubber fills the kitchen and every item has to be aired out on the counter to rid that smell as well before I can put away. Also, almost every item has terrible water marks on it after drying cycle. I have tried all cycles, different pods, adding vinegar, etc. which is ridiculous for a brand new machine. I mostly resort to washing dishes at this point. The ONLY good thing about this is it is a very quiet dishwasher.

The second time was about 2 months later, and the same exact problem as the first plus another. The top rack wheels can't withstand the heat of the cycle and the metal attachment legs come out and won't stay on after that. Also, the hook holding the top water propeller broke and I've got the thing zip-tied in place. The machine is super loud as well. Terrible buy!
