I haven't bought or eaten this product but based on another reviewer, I wanted to give more details - Treatment with food grade calcium chloride helps extend the shelf life of a wide variety of food products while maintaining desirable texture and flavor properties. It is used in salt processing to add a salty taste to pickles and other foods without increasing sodium content. It's used in many many foods you purchase. Food and Drug Admin says it's safe. Now whether it is or isn't, I don't know but I did want to shed a little more light since another reviewer gave such a strong opinion against it.
Not worth the money and will not buy again.
flavor was unbearable. truly disgusting smell and taste both.
I have not bought this product nor will I. One of the ingredients that is listed in this product is Calcium Chloride. Calcium Chloride is not only used for food preservation but it's also used to de-ice roads in winter. Know what ingredients are in the food that you buy. Knowledge is everything.
Color was unappetizing and the flavor was as well. Won't buy it again.
I did not order this product. I don't believe that it was a substitution item. Your service is great. The only problems I have had are with vegetables that have not been the freshest. Overall things are usually great.
