Handles are very flimsy - connected to bottom bar with plastic. Have called the company to order a new handle 3 times - no one answers. Left messages - never a return phone call. Very cheaply made - poor customer service - buy another toy.
I should have listened to the reviews. This was a Christmas gift for my grandson and instead of seeing him happy and excited he was crying on Christmas because despite following the instructions the Spinner did not even power on.
Dont waste your money!!!! My son rode it 3 times, through driveway and grass before the wires became worn and frayed to the point it no longer works. I order a new one as it is under warranty just to be told a day later it is no longer in stock. Yet, you can go to the website and order another one without it saying anything about it being out of stock. I have a heartbroken son who didnt get to enjoy his birthday gift
Just purchased one for my daughter and the very lacking instructions don't match the parts list. They say to remove screws but there are no screws to remove and none from the spare parts bag match. There is no contact info in the manual to get help from the company. I tried to call the number that was given to a similar comment/ complaint and she gave me the the company number. Just like the previous commenter said, no response to voicemails left. If you want to hunt for your own hardware and hope you have no other problems go for it. I'll be returning mine.
