i cook these in the microwave in a bowl from frozen with a little omega 3 olive oil or butter garlic and pepper. great lean protien great taste easy quick meal . they last for ever in the freezer because each pice is sealed . i dont like fish very much but i eat these every day and they taste great!!

This items is a fast and simply way to have a healthy meal at anytime a day. Its budget friendly as it lasts as long as ever in the freezer. Thaws within minutes under lukewarm water and can be prepared any way you like. Its a must buy!
Cooked tilapia for the 1st time at home tonight using this same product that I purchased the other day at my local Walmart. I will be buying this every week now! Made it using a recipe I found on Pinterest titled Grilled Tilapia and Peppers, made it on my Foreman grill. Probably going to have to buy the bigger bag next time.
