My son loves this. He hates sitting down and "learning", but this is a fun way to learn his ABCs. They do have some unusual animals on the cards, but it is still helpful
Easy rendition of old time favorite game. Was able to play with 3 and 4 year old grandchildren - they were learning and didn't even know it - and it kept their attention.
My daughter already knew her capital lettters. With these cards she has learned her lowercase letter.
My 3 yr old girl really enjoyed the time we spent playing this game. At 5 1/2 she still enjoys it, but now it's more about strategy & memory. It definitely helped her learn the alphabet in a no stress, fun way. People were amazed at how easily she played. The only problem was holding the cards in little hands. To solve it, we put a folder between us, & she simply laid her cards out.
My daughter is struggling with letter recognition and this game has help her a lot.
I have not played with this GO FISH game yet. I'm over 50 but I'm sure I can still play. Looking forward to playing with a 4 year old. She can't read the directions but I'll be doing it wrong I'm sure. Love being schooled on GO FISH by. a 4 yr old that I think NREEDS SCHOOLED! I recommend buy this GO FISH game!!
Love these cards! They are so beautiful and my daughter just loves matching the baby with the adult. I wish I had found them sooner.
I bought these to use with my five year old and lower case letters. Only change I would make is to decrease the size of cards to standard size playing cards, and to use images that are more recognizable. IE: cat, dog, mouse, etc.
I bought this for my daughter when she was almost three. She is a little over three now. She doesn't seem to understand that I am trying to teach her the letter, not the animal so hopefully when she is older she will. I did buy them kind of eary for her age.
Was looking for more,but it works.
