[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this area rug online, so I wasn't sure about how it would look in person, but OMG, as soon as I laid down, I have been absolutely in love with it!! Once it was unrolled, it laid down really easily & hasn't come up on the corners nor has it slid at all. The carpet itself is super lush, soft & absolutely gorgeous! This rug could work with almost any design aesthetic, from modern to farmhouse to rustic or traditional, this rug is so beautiful & so versatile. It is neutral, yet pops against our light colored hardwood floors. It doesn't attract dog hair like I thought it would & the carpet itself is super easy to vacuum. We have a Shark Pet Vacuum & I switch it to the right carpet setting & it moves across the carpet with ease, I haven't seen it tug at any part of the rug & even though there is short & longer carpet on the rug, it cleans super easily. It anchors our bed really nicely & feels like a luxurious cloud when I step onto it after getting out of bed. My feet have never been so happy to walk barefoot in our bedroom! I love the grey & the navy blue together, they're bold color choices but provide a neutral amount of color, if that makes sense? It has a timeless design, the interlocking square shapes aren't too busy, which I was concerned about when deciding between this one & the navy stripes with a cream background. I am very happy I chose this one because it won't show any dirt or stains when anything inevitably were to get spilled or tracked in from outside. Of course, I did accidently spill some hot tea onto the rug the other night & thought it was going to ruin the rug. After getting carpet cleaner & a towel, I was able to soak up the liquid & wipe away all traces of the tea. It was super easy to clean & I cannot see any sign that anything was spilled, even when I turned it over to check the back matting. I wouldn't make claims to being stain resistant, but spilling a glass of tea usually would soak thru a rug in my past experiences. This was not the case with this rug. If you're looking for a timeless, super soft, yet durable rug to add warmth, a splash of color or design to your space, I would recommend this rug every single time! It would work in any of the rooms of our home, with white furniture, darker oak furniture or it looks beautiful under our wrought iron bed frame. We are temporarily staying at my in laws house while redoing our bathroom & kitchen & I just had to bring this rug with us. It fits well with her darker oak furniture too. I had to bring it with us because I love how it feels & couldn't imagine putting it in storage while renovating!! I am definitely excited with this specific design and color & cannot say enough good things about it!! I've never been so pleased with an online decor choice!! I will definitely recommend these rugs to friends and most definitely be filling the other rooms of our home, including our renovated kitchen and bathroom!! I bet a smaller size rug will look and FEEL AMAZING stepping out of the bath or shower!! Undeniably the best rug we own!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this rug! It is so incredibly soft and looks amazing. Modern and cool yet understated so it isn't screaming “look at me”! I was so impressed when I first unrolled it, it laid completely flat on the floor. No having to wait days for it to straighten out. It does have a chemical smell that lasted about a week. Not super strong but it was noticeable. I'm very sensitive to smells and I was able to tolerate it. I love walking across this rug! It is silky soft and it is a slight shag, but not a super long shag. It's perfect. And on the back of the rug you can see the GAP logo in the woven fibers which is really a nice little touch, because you cannot see it on top of the rug at all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So when it arrived it had a horrible strong odor maybe pest control spray strong similar smell I spray it with odorban hand full of time and it been airing out with the fan on so it getting better the color is exactly what o wanted and the softness of the rug is like a cloud!!! And easy to vacuum typical rugs like this aren't very easy to vacuum. But this one I had zero issues. No snagging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This area rug is so much cuter in person than I even thought! It's plush and so cozy and comfortable. Such a great addition to my sons bedroom! This looks very well made and very durable! We put it near the bed so when he steps onto it, it's a nice comfy feeling rather than the cold hardwood floors.
I'm not sure why, but I was pleasantly surprised. At the price point I was expecting it to be just ok, but it really is plush and soft. Looks fantastic in my sons room. Updated his room with the fresh print. And it looks lighter in person. There is some cream mixed in with the grey part.
This is the nicest rug I've owned. Soft, plush, and looks much more expensive than $250.

It is a soft shag rug, and it's the perfect thickness and texture. I like that I can vacuum it with no troubles. It is made very well.
