The butter powder dissolved easily and is a convenient way to get the nutritional benefit of grass fed butter in a shelf stable form with a probiotic boost. I prefer it in my smoothies because I thought it had a slight aftertaste in my coffee. It wasn't an unpleasant taste necessarily though. Just not my preference.
Very versatile. I used it both to throw in coffee, sprinkle in salads and to make honey butter chicken (with honey powder) yummo

All I can say is this stuff is yummy! I am not even following the Keto plan, but I do enjoy having this in my coffee, for me it is a much better option than actual butter. I also gave a bit to a friend so her husband could try it for his Bulletproof coffee. He is also now a fan as well. I plan on buying more.

This is a wonderful option to add to your coffee as a creamer substitute. It taste great and has excellent health benefits.
Super happy with the powdered butter! Strong flavor, able to use less for flavor. I choose to use it a butter replacement for health reasons. Perfect product to meet my Needs.
