I am 56 old male.Take 1tab in morning. Have been taking for about year. Took care of gas problem i once had after about month of taking.

This garden of life raw probiotics for men 50 and wiser is a great product. It has 32 probiotic strains, promotes colon health immune function, also supports the prostrate. It is raw probiotics and is non GMO. It has 85 billion live probiotic cultures per saving. They are also gluten free. The capsules are vegetarian. I can't say enough good about these probiotics. My husband has a sensitive stomach and I tried a different brand a couple months ago and it gave him diarrhea. These have worked great so far. If you are looking for one you should give this one a try. I think you will like the results!! Q

He was advised by his physician to start taking probiotics for his stomach issues. Being that he is 62 we felt that one designed for one related to his age would be better for him. He has only for two days now so little changes so far. We are anxious to see when he notices improvement.

It is very reassuring to have regularity for your colon. It's quite gentle but effective. My husband is happy and I'm thankful.
Good pricing, good product
Bought these for my 70 year old dad who is recovering from a major car accident that took place back in February. He went through several rounds of antibiotics and months later, still wasn't ever hungry, lacked energy, and had little desire to eat whenever he did manage to work up an appetite. I don't live with him so it took ages for him to start taking these consistently. After months of cajoling and even suggesting he just take several at once, he finally got to the end of his first bottle. Well, he noticed enough of a difference that he asked me to buy him some more! OK, he would never do that because he is a man but he reluctantly admitted to these working and let me know that he only had a few left. ;) He's on his second bottle now and is really loading up on these--3 a day! Honestly, he is as stubborn as Mt Rushmore so the fact that he not only "allowed" me to repurchase these for him but has even upped his dosage is amazing. This will be TMI but he tells me that he is um...dropping really big kids off at the pool these days. He reports that he is also gaining weight and eating more and more. I've used Garden of Life probiotics myself and have also had a great experience with them. I'm so grateful that I can order these from home and ship to my sweet old dad who lives in another state. It took awhile but after a few weeks I noticed I had less bloating in my gut which has been an ongoing issue for me. I also felt less temptation for whatever reason to eat junk food and that's a plus. The capsule size is small and manageable.

It would appear to a buyer that one capsule would equal 85 billion by just looking at the front label, but after reading the supplement facts on the back of the bottle it would require 3 capsules to equate to 85 billion. Beyond that the product performs well.
I didn't care for this product vs the 50 billion unit probiotic. Nothing changed with me like it did with the 50 billion unit...
