I am 66. I have tried several probiotics. This one makes me feel the BEST. I have been taking it for quite some time now. It can be hard to order, it sells out quickly. It can take a month to get your ordr.

85 billions and the high strains
This is a very good product for women of age.
I have been using this probiotic for about a year now. It definitely makes me feel better. I feel like it has improved digestion and , help gut issues. I know there are many out there, this one works well for me.
I only received 1 box of Garden of Life probiotics I ordered and paid for 2 boxes.
I need these for my health so glad they're easy to get.
These Probiotic/Prebiotics are great. My problem was, the box looked like it had been kicked around for wks. It was ripped %26 the bottle itself had a BROKEN Lid, so dont really know how fresh they are. Exp date is 2024 so, at least thats good.
I did not realize I would need to take 3 capsules for the full dose.
I have taken these probiotics for years and am pleased with them. They have to kept cold. The problem is that they are only available through delivery and they didn't arrive cold. In fact they were hot. Which affects their effectiveness and quality. If they cannot live up to the "must be shipped cold" then don't offer them.
