It is small with sharp camera. It work perfectly
I have a total of 3 dashcams in my truck a 56 pointing out the front and one out the rear window. I recently added this 57 to the upper right hand corner of the windshield to have video surveillance of the interior of my truck. I've seen some YT videos that by having dashcams for proof an accident that is not your fault or anything that the dashcams will catch that you can show to prove your innocence. If you search YT you should be able to find the interior surveillance video I had posted on YT
I bought my Garmin Dash Cam 67W nine months ago and am very pleased and satisfied. I also bought the extended power cable so that it is always on and monitors movement around my vehicle. I like that the system is frequently updated with latest software & firmware.
Was 120 despite being listed for 350 in other places it mostly does the job but does not last 30 mins on battery might have been a defective unit :shrug
The features like lane departure and parking mode are awesome. The camera is top notch, the display is bright with great quality picture and the videos are very good quality. Only issue I have had with both of my Garmin cameras is connecting with the Drive app. Followed the instructions and suggestions on-line to fix the connection to my Samsung/Android phone. It connects but sometimes takes several tries or it randomly disconnects.
This was the third Dash Cam i tried in Feb. I sent two of them back. One wouldn't turn on and the other one was way to difficult to work with. Had to use apps in order to dowload files to the computer. Finally got the Garmin dash cam and was up and running within a couple minutes. Simple instruction and it connects directly to my computers. Going to record my trip to Alaska starting in May,
Honnestly i was amazed at how clear it record and its fkgggg simple, comes with a sd card its litteraly plug and play. Would recommend
Records with good quality, driver assist features work well. We are having an issue with voice commands in a motorhome. The windshield is 4' plus from the driver. The voice commands do not work when driving down the road; voice commands work when vehicle is stopped and the road road noise is reduced.
I just purchased my dash cam about 1 week ago. It has given me some issues but after trying different methods I think I have it working to my satisfaction. I had issues trying to use voice command but after deleting the dash cam from my app and added again all seems to be working. Not sure if the issue I changed the voice name to front . But I will not change the name again.
I've had mine a couple of months, and it makes good pictures, but the software, Garmin Drive, leaves a lot to be desired. It is very, very slow. The method for downloading and processing video is almost unusable. I have been taking the camera inside, hooking it up to my Mac and using the Garmin desktop software which I cannot remember the name right now. I also don't like the whole concept of having to use Garmin Vault. The software should also support Vimeo and other third-party archiving and distribution systems.
