I always used MAC Cosmetics Cleanse Off oil and have been wanting another brand to come out with something similar. Well, THIS IS IT! AND THE PRICE IS AMAZING TOO! BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD! Even though it's an oil its not oily and leaves your skin feeling wonderful. Removes ALL makeup including waterproof mascara! Thank you Garnier! P.S. I'm a former MAC Cosmetics Retail Manager (10 years)! So yes this is an amazing product!
I am in love! I have only been using this product for a few days, but I seriously love it. It cleans my make up off better than any other cleanser I have used, it doesn't burn or sting, it doesn't irritate my eyes, and my skin feels amazing after I use it. I have combination skin and occasional break outs, but so far my skin is not greasy feeling or looking, just soft and supple. I would recommend this product for sure.
The reason Im so blown away by this product because Ive got combination/sensitive/acne proned skin and dont wear makeup bc thats opening up pandoras box of breakouts. This stuff is basically the holy-grail of cleansers. My story starts like this...I recently ran out of my stock of Aveeno Ultra Calming Cream Cleanser, which has been discontinued and cost $20 on Amazon now, and I happened to see this. Ive been thinking about oil cleansers for a while. But when it said it was for dry skin, I thought what the heck, and its much cheaper than its previous competitior. So on a whim, I bought it. It works like I none other. My skin is soft and breakout free, and my t-zone is oil-free. Theres one difference though, I dont follow the directions. I follow the oil cleasing directions with a twist...I rub the oil in, wet a cloth with lukewarm water and let it sit on my face for a few seconds while messaging my face, follow up with the washcloth with cold water, and moisturize with my sacred Aloe Vera Gel. I use lukewarm and cold water because it has always worked with my face better than hot water. And besides cold water is supposed to be better for your face and saves on the use of hot water.
I love this cleansing oil! It is perfect for my face and love that is has Jajoba oil in it. I have been searching everywhere for this. Please bring this back! It is wonderful. Nothing else in your beauty line compares. Why take away something so awesome?!?! It is so hard to find cleansers for extremely dry skin.
LOVE THE PRODUCT. BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED FROM THIS VENDOR AND THE TOPS WERE NOT TAPED DOWN DURING SHIPPING AND ONE LEAKED ALL OVER THE PACKAGE. OTHERWISE LOVE THE PRODUCT
I too, was hesitant to use an oil on my already oily face. You put it on your dry face with fingertips, wash and rinse; it's weird how it leaves you nice and soft and not oily at all! And the best part - with regular mascara, I always had to use soap and a cloth to get it off....this cleansing oil takes it RIGHT OFF! No harmful scrubbing to my poor eyes or lashes anymore! The only thing I have noticed, is that I need to use just a wet cloth every 3 or 4 days to gently rub off the dead skin cells.
I received a sample of Garnier Clean + Nourishing Cleansing Oil and was a bit skeptical at first. I have combination skin where my nose gets oily and I get dry patches around my mouth and chin area. I read about how using an 'oil free' facial wash could actually end up drying my face out more and cause my face to produce MORE oil to make up for it. Well, imagine my amazement when I used this product and not only did my face feel smooth and clean, it also did not make my face oilier AND the dry patches went away! I love this product so much and refuse to use my old face wash ever again. Garnier has a new fan! ;)
I love love love this cleanser! It remove every trace of makeup while leaving my skin soft smooth and hydrated. Everything else I have tried either dries out my skin or males me break out. This cleansing oil is perfection! I have tried basically every other cleansing oil but none of them remove ALL my makeup like this stuff does. GARNIER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRKNG THIS BACK. I was so upset to find out it was discontinued.
left face nice, but I ended up with a bump............. so if you have really dry skin, try it. if you are prone to breakouts, I would give this a skip. but I plan to use it on the dry skin on my arms, and backs of my hands. did not leave me feeling greasy, but did help the dry skin on the side of my nose to come off without causing irritation like many scrubs do.
I received a sample of this product and didn't think I would like it - but I love it, it cleans very well - I purchased a bottle of it and use it everyday. The only thing is the bottle leaks everytime you use it - it makes a mess and you waste alot of the product. So I hope the product receives a new container soon!
