I have been using 066 for years and LOVE it. I tried going back to a color closer to my natural dark brown, but that didn't feel like “me” anymore. I went back to 066 and the compliments started pouring in again like they have all these years. At the age of 45 I don't have a ton of grey, but it completely covers what I do have, and it goes well over my natural dark brown without having to lighten it first. My hair also looks so shiny and lush right after I use it. It does bleed when you shower the first couple times as reds are notorious to do, but the fading is minimal, and the shade it eventually fades to is still gorgeous. The photos I uploaded are during varying stages of growth and time between colorings.
I usually get the color R3-Light Intense Auburn, but decided to try the color 56-Medium Reddish Brown. I really loved the color! It was darker and gave me a more natural looking color.
Easy to use. Works great! Used it to cover my blonde I had in my hair. I'm naturally red. Went dark for the cold weather and wanted something different.
I was a little scared cuz it was my first time coloring my hair at home .. I chose Chestnut Brown ..my natural color is dark brown with some grays lol ..used two boxes and my hair came out great im so pleased with the outcome,grays are gone lol

As a natural blonde I did not need to light or change anything before going with this color. It turned out mor red than any brown. I actually like the color but is nothing like the picture shown on side of box of current color to colored color. Very red. Hair dos not feel dried out or damaged after coloring and process was simple with clear instructions. First photo is natural color. Second photo is day 3 after first shampoo. 3rd photo is week 3 after color change.
compared to.the mousy hair ive had its a def improvement. read instructions and make sure u put enough on your head to saterate it. i didnt put enough and i forgot what time i put it on n i think i took it out too soon.
They shipped me the wrong hair color. I ordered %2340 and they shipped %2351. I would like a refund or the correct hair color shipped. Very disappointing.
BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA OR CHANGE THE BOX COLOR TO WHAT IT REALLY IS!!! This is false advertising!! I have been buying this color for years and it was beautiful. I bought another one today and the color is orange nothing like you have represented on the box itself. Why would you change this formula if everybody loved it the way that it was? As you can see from the pictures attached, does the color in the bottle look like what you have represented on the box???? When I have bought this many times before the color in the bottle was almost black because it's supposed to be BLACK CHERRY not orange red!! I'm so unbelievably upset right now, you're going to lose customers by the thousands. Do you even sell this color anymore? If so, then send me the ORIGINAL FORMULA COLOR not this crap!!
i ordered light ash brown mochaccino..i got iced coffee.
