Cons: It only came with a XLR to Standard 1/4 cable to connect to the AMP. The headsets are the "Behind the Head" type and they stick out too far over your ear (can see the end with the corner of your eye). 5 second delay to re-connect to the receiver when transmitted is turned on Pro: GREAT distance (easy 100+ yards). Easy to use. Has ports for both mics to have XLR to the amp. Each mic has separate settings. Should work with any Amp and PA System. I use it to annouce results at local 5K, 10K, and marathon running events. Nice to have hands free (instead of holding a mic)
