Looked everywhere for my husband's size (38/34) while he was wearing an old, multi- mended pair (rips from barbed wire and even a chainsaw cut!). Glad I thought to check Walmart.com. These pants are practically indestructible and believe me, my husband puts them to the test. Even after countless washings over a several year period (!!), the seams, pockets and zipper are still like new, and the material is still strong. My husband loves them because they are lightweight and cool. Greatest work pants ever.
I went through many brands of work pants in my 30 plus years of retail. That's was until I discovered Dickies quality. I had a pair of bib overalls and when I knew Dickies sold work pants, I find my label. Now I but nothing else. Ordering online and shipping to my house just makes things more perfect. Let's work on me staying the same size for the next ten years!
This is my second time purchasing these pants. My first ones were great and these are, too. They are very comfortable. The cut makes them great for crawling in and around equipment. They are also my go to pants for all day drives. They wash up clean and always look sharp.
I wear these everyday to run servive calls. They wear well and look professional with the pinstripe button down shirt. I have been using this same combination for over 20 years. The pants pull slightly on the front of my legs when walking, but this seems to wear in after a while.
I have owned Dickies pleated front comfort waist pants for years, 20+ years, and love them. My only complaint is the paint does not come in the color light gray. I like to wear navy and black in the winter and light khaki and light gray if they made them in the summer. In fact, I would order 4 pairs of light gray right now if they were availiable.
I have worn these pants for years, they are the most comfortable pants I ever owned. I wash them inside out to last me longer, Navy is what I get the most but I wish this style of Genuine Dickies Pleated Front Comfort Waist pants add color White (WH) to there wonderful color selections. friends at work always ask me where to get this pants.
I bought these for my husband who wears them as casual dress. The chino khakis that I had purchased for him simply would not stand up to his weekly "manimals" (casual dress pants in different colors w/ coordinating shirts -adult Giranimals) wardrobe. He has an admin position, but with addition of wallet, checkbook, coins, etc. the department store chinos wore out much to quick. These were perfect to fit the bill. They are also wonderful for the man who refuses to admit to an expanding waist. The slide elastic side insets are invisible under the belt - even without. I purchased these in the khaki, black, and dark blue...only wish they came in loden and grey.
l love the style of these pants. They fit great, and look great. The price is great. But now I cant seem to find them anymore.
The product descriptions says 100% cotton, but these pants are actually 65/35 poly/cotton blend. This is actually what I like about these work pants. These pants are durable, do not fade and do not shrink.
I've purchased these pants in the past and have always been happy with how they fit and wear. Since my last order they have increased the amount of elastic in the waste band. If you have a tendency to buy your pants a size too small or have greatly fluctuating weight, this will be a selling point. However, if your need for the stretch capability is occasional, such as when wearing long underwear, then maybe not. When not needed the excess elastic will ride up over the waste band. White elastic with black pants = bad idea.
