GREAT TISSUE...I ORDERED A CASE DURING THE VIRUS OUTBREAK AND GOT THE ONE BOX...LOL...WALMART REIMBURSED ME...THEY WERE OUT OF THE REST OF THE 11 BOXES....IT WAS A GREAT LAUGH...ONLY THE SINGLE BOX SHIPPED...WHO ORDERS ONE BOX...NO ONE ON EARTH BUT HE VIRUS HAD US ALL WISHING WE HAD THIS ONE BOX. Great quality. I made this purchase because I couldn't find toilet paper. Yep, they are soft, and they satisfy my need.
First of all, they are as good as any brand on the market (soft and fluffy not thin and scratchy like most cheapies) and they do not have lotion added. That means you cn also use them to wipe your eye glasses. They are in a fairly large box so if you have a good out of the way place to keep them they are the best buy ever.
The sale price of $19 was amazing! I bought 2 cases instead of my usual 1 case.
Tissue quality is poor. Boxes are sometimes so packed, it is difficult to remove individual tissues.
The tissues are good. Other reviewers have noted they only got one box when they ordered the 36-pack. I thought they had that mistake fixed by now, but no, I got one box. They made it right and sent me the full order after I contacted them. This has happened to me before with other Walmart multi-packs, perhaps hoping people won't notice. This makes me trust Walmart less, and that's a shame.
The tissue is fine, I have no problem with it, but I ordered a 'case of 36 boxes' and was sent only a single box. I see other reviews from last year had the same thing happen, so obviously WalMart doesn't care even when customers bring it to their attention. The same thing happened when ordering a case of paper cups and a case of paper plates within the last year, all from different sellers. This is a common occurrence on WalMart's website, apparently.
The product said 36 boxes of facial tissue shipped and sold by Walmart. Twice I ordered and both times 1 single box came for 28 dollars, absolutely crazy. Walmart customer service provided a refund to make it right and said they would remove the listing though still today it is there.
Like so many others, I ordered a case of 36 boxes of tissue. Instead of a 1 case, I received 1 box. This could be easily corrected if Walmart reworded the item description. This is “sold and shipped by Walmart”, so there's no excuse for this problem to continue! DO YOUR JOB Walmart. This review is for Walmart, not the actual tissues.
I disliked that these were so thin. Could have been better quality.
