The fabric is durable, yet the quilt is light enough to wash easily. I love the way the design looks on the bed. I did order the king size for my queen bed, and it fits perfectly. Queen size would not have been long enough. Overall, I am very pleased.
I love this. I love anything that is rustic n have a bedroom painted a country green with pine trees on the curtains n pine tree pillow and runners This looks awesome with this comforter n shams
My husband and I really love this quilt! Very well made and it goes well with our log cabin/ski lodge theme in our home. Our bed is a queen but read reviews to buy a king. I am glad I did because the queen would of been too small and the king fits perfect!
Love the design, weight and that it is washable. Its a great summer weight set. We live in a log home and the design complements the ambience of our bedroom. The only complaint I have is that the sides are too short. I ordered king, but feel this quilt is made for a California king (72" wide vs 78" on a standard king). Trying to find a creative solution to this w/o returning it. Maybe a bedskirt.
Some have complained about this being too short and it is. We ordered king size for our queen bed and it was still too short, however we have a bed skirt that just happened to coordinate very nicely with the quilt so although it's too short, we are happy with the way it looks. Some have also complained about this quilt being too thin. It is on the thin side but it falls very nicely on the bed because of its light weight. The colors are nicely muted and it looks just like the photo; the reverse is nice so all in all, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase.
The fabric quality and workmanship was fine. The problem was that the KING size was definitely not big enough even to reach the bed skirt. I actually tried it on a queen sized bed just to see if it would fit the queen size, and it was adequate for the queen size bed. I didn't need a new quilt set for my queen bed, so returned it via our local WalMart.
So I purchased the king size set for a queen size bed because I like when it comes down on the sides. The problem with this quilt is that when put on the bed properly it's too short to even reach the bottom of the mattress. So it needs to be put on so the moose is sideways. Also, it's a king size set but it came with standard size pillow cases, not king size. So I will be returning the king size pillows I purchased. As for the quality and design, it's adorable and will be perfect for a summer quilt. I'm just not just how I feel about the lack of length at the bottom.
it is as thin as sheets! terrible! returning it! overpriced for what it is! I was really disappointed! I would put a negative stars, but I can't. Don't waste your money! I ordered a King size!
Love the pattern and design, hated it for its small size and horrible scratchiness of the cheap cotton top! It barely hangs over the sides of my king-size bed! Would have returned it but I had already washed it to try to soften it. Will use it to cover the dog bed!
The first Greenland King size bedspread was exactly as shown and I was thrilled. The following week, I ordered another Greenland bedspread in a different pattern in a Queen size and received a postage stamp quilt, not the bedspread shown. It is unusable as a bedspread and is not representative of the photo shown. I checked the return/exchange policy. I had paid $4.99 for shipping. To send it back, the charge would be $12.99. So far that is a total of $17.98 and I would still need to pay additional shipping charges to reorder a different item since they do not do refunds, only gift certificates. So now I am into at least $22.97 just for shipping and still no bedspread! The write up description on the first and second bedspreads both stated that they were oversized for complete coverage as shown in the photo. What we received was nowhere near the photo and should be reported as false advertisement! We have decided not to ship this item back at $17.98 and will give it to our dog. We did have a long list of items that we had planned to purchase, but now we don't trust what is advertised to be what is actually sent. Greenland should not display full-oversized bedspreads and send a tiny quilt that doesn't even cover the top of the bed!
