An 11oz delicious serving provides you with 30 grams of protein, 150 calories, 7 grams of total carbs, and only 3 grams of sugar. It is scientifically designed for people with diabetes to help manage blood sugar. I keep one in my purse in case I am running late past a mealtime. So convenient.

This is the best shake for maintaining blood sugar and watching your calories. It's tasty. I am very picky and don't want my shakes to taste like medicine. Great taste.
I bought this product because of the high protein content and low carb content. I was pleased with the rich chocolate taste. It works better as the base for a thick shake as by itself it is too thin for me. It also has half the calories of other supplements with a better flavor profile.
I add ice and a banana, blend it and make it into my breakfast smoothie. So delicious
I have been using this product for about a year. It was recommended by my doctor because it is good for diabetics. I love the taste, however, I have to be careful because of the milk. I drink it in stages throughout the day and that helps. I would recommend it
