Love these - they don't exactly taste like salmon, but the flavor and texture are fantastic.
I am a person who tried practically every vegan and plant based food. Also an a cook and come from a long line of cooks....THESE ARE DELICIOUS! I was so skeptical but they are so good! I didn't have to add a single seasoning. They are great in a salad, alone or in grits! Try it! I think im gonna try their other products. Hope they are also tasty. Fingers crossed lol
These are simply amazing. The first time, I did not carefully follow the instructions, and they were a little tough on the outside. Follow the directions closely and guaranteed you will love these. We eat them simply as patties on the plate with some fabulous vegan homemade tartar sauce, green beans, or petite peas with a big fat baked potato... It's like a fancy restaurant meal. As for the haters? Go figure.
I absolutely love these salmon cakes. They taste pretty darn close to the real thing! After I cook them for ten minutes with oil with the cover on (medium to low heat--or they start burning), I put some mayo, lettuce, and relish on them. Fast and easy meal!
Texture and appearance are good. Not much flavor. Won't buy again.
smells horrible and taste even worst. I thought after a little seasoning the smell would go away, but no taste like motor oil. I took one bite and threw my whole sandwich away and the second patty I put away to make on a later date went into the garbage as well. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.

I don't know how this received any good reviews. its horrible! It taste like... I dont even know,.. playdough? Its gross. Save your money.
