Will not hold a charge and came with a cracked screen cover. I will be returning this.
This phone still had dirt / ear wax in the ear speaker screen. The battery supposedly charged but then immediately died. We are now going to have to return this Christmas gift because of the horrible refurbish job they did.
I received the phone pretty quickly, however when it did arrive, It would not power on even with the little charge (maybe 15%) it had. When I tried to charge the phone it only kept flashing the battery on the screen and wouldn't charge either. No packing slip, customer service number, or anything came with the phone, luckily I had my order number or I wouldn't have been able to return it.
