finally, a quality electric bike that i can rely on. i love electric bikes but I tried many brands before and never had a good experience with any of them until I got the one from goeagle and I'm happily ever after. strong and powerful motor, battery last very long, comfortable seat, and what not. the perfect electric bike
This is a great bike for leisurely rides, going to the store or commuting. I bought this bike so I could run around town to do some errands. I get the exercise I want and save on gas. The rack on the back helps when I have small purchases or a few groceries. And the included fenders are great for blocking any water or mud from flying up after a rain storm. I've enjoyed riding this so much for errands that I now find myself using it to just ride around the neighborhood on nice days. And when I start feeling a little tired, I can either use the pedal assist or the throttle. They are both quite helpful for the little hills in my town when I am carrying items on the rack. Buy this bike. You won't be disappointed.
I love this bike! It gets me from work to home everyday. I ran over a pot hole the other day and the bike barely flinched. The battery also lasts a lot longer than any of my previous bikes. I bought it specifically because it can hold my briefcase in the back of the bike. Less things on my back.
use it for delivery - no issues - bike runs great
Love dealing with this guy.
I purchased this and returned it twice. Both boxes arrived in a pretty poor state. The first one was damaged and wouldn't change gears. Luckily I live close to a Sam's Club and return was easy. The 2nd one also arrived with some damage, but it changed gears properly, and I was able to ride it. The details for this bike don't mention that when you're in any pedal assist mode and going down hill the motor will go into a resist mode to slow you down. Per their support this is a safety feature, I live in a hilly area and found it very annoying to ride, and difficult to use in low pedal assist modes as the motor would resist so much that I had a hard time pedaling in 1st gear, it almost requires use of the throttle when going down hill if you don't want to slow to a halt, which defeats the point. This feature also kicks in as soon as you use throttle in pedal assist 0 and it will persist. The pedal assist appears to be simulated by software, and the logic that's used to throttle is written very poorly. For example, if in pedal assist 4 at full stop if you pedal a half step it will zoom up to 15mph without any further pedaling. It also kicks in the resistance when going down hill on the slightest decline, and will accelerate rapidly when going up a slight incline, not in ratio with what I expected for the assist levels I was using. I would only recommend this bike to someone that's looking to throttle it the whole time and not for someone looking for pedal assist. I did really like the form factor of the bike, it was a smooth ride and it was able to power up some steep hills ~15mph. Their support staff was very helpful and offered to send replacement parts for the parts that arrived broken, but for $1400 I didn't expect to have to fix it that much out of the box, so I ended up returning both bikes and I won't be trying again. FYI, the brakes come in UK format (right hand front wheel, left hand back wheel), you can swap the wires around fairly easily as you would a typical bike if you want the brakes to be standard for US. Also, I'm 5'11 and found the bike difficult to mount, the bar is pretty high.
