I primarily chose this product because it's made by Graco. It is also gender neutral, but my son's room has different shades of green anyway. Still perfect if you are expecting a girl. The green almost looks blue in the picture provided by Wal-Mart, but it's more of a soft, sea-foam green. I love it! I also chose this travel system because the handle flips. The car seat comes with its own base, so no need to buy one for it. It took me roughly twenty minutes to set up. The only problem I had was with the back wheels and the little cap you're supposed to hammer on, it kept sliding 'til I really hit it good. Also, I put the canopy on backwards (no big deal, but it doesn't come off), so make sure the green is on the inside so you can Velcro it in.
This car seat and stroller were everything that I was looking for! It's exactly like the description and I honestly have no complaints about it. It's been great.
I was looking for new travel system for our son after our used stoller broke and after research I decided to purchase this one and was very happy with it!! org i wanted a set that was blue for my boy but i had noticed that the other set did not allow you to adjust the strap from the front. and my old carseat did and was so nice. so i found this set, i like the flip handel for once baby is older and not in the carseat part they can still face you. the colors and fabric are great... very pleased with my buy
I was very pleased with this car seat and stroller! The only down side I could even point out is the warning label shows on the inside of the car seat. I wish they had put it on the plastic or something. It does not effect the functionality of the car seat at all just a cosmetic flaw I would have suggested putting somewhere else. I originally had ordered Graco's Alano Flip It Travel System because I loved the versatility of the stroller and also that it came in a pretty blue and gray color. When I had received it I discovered the strap to adjust your 5 point harness was in the very back of the car seat so I returned it and ordered this one instead. It got to me quickly within 5 days. (site to store) and I love that you can adjust it from the front, it makes it so much easier. The stroller has the same characteristics as the Alano that I had picked out originally and even though it is more of a green I love this stroller AND car seat and can't wait to strap my little guy in it! Very easy to maneuver, open up (Stroller), the release for the car seat-to-base is super easy to access, also storage under stroller is plenty big enough to put what you need in it. Anything by Graco you will probably be pleased with but I highly recommend this travel system. LOVE IT!
Love the color! It looked blue in the pic, but is actually a pretty green color. I don't like that the cup holder is on the side, but having one is handy at times. The car seat and stroller are very heavy. If I didn't like the price, color, and overall function of the travel system I wouldn't keep it just because of how heavy they are.
Beautiful travel system, easy to set up. The image on the site looks blue but it is more of a sea foam green color.
mommy and I (grandma) picked this online and immediately loved it. mommy is very protective of her baby and uses it to let people see baby but not too close! daddy is taller than mommy and the adjustable handle make it perfect for him to take baby. mommy and daddy love to go for walks outside and this is extremely convenient to open and close with great ease. color is very nice--not too bright and not too blah. mommy and I looked at all the stores we could visit and this compares over and above what we saw--especially in price! we didn't want to sacrifice durability or safety or convenience because of price. I (grandma) LOVE it and think this was an absolutely perfect travel system! I love Graco since I had my own kids and this lives up to everything I was expecting--eveything! my advice to anyone reading this, this is absolutely the perfect travel system--trust me, I'm telling you the truth. we (mommy and me) read extensively) all the reviews we could and this is THE BEST FOR THE MONEY (and BABY). Don't look any further--buy this one and I promise you will delighted. :D
The travel system is great! Met most of my expectations. Although, this is my first baby, so I'm not very experienced in this area. but.. The color wasn't totally what I was expecting but I have to admit it's nice and I have no problem with it. The fabric is nice as well and easy to clean. It didn't feel at all cheap like many of other in-store travel systems I've seen/felt. I'm satisfied with the tires; I live in a rural area with rugged terrain and very few sidewalks and it rides quite well. The tires aren't cheap plastic but like a rubbery-plastic?? A cup holder was very crucial for me in choosing a stroller. The cup holder on this stroller however, sticks out way too much. I got stuck in doorways with it sticking out, but that can easily be fixed by removing it. Personally, I would prefer two cup holders but whatever moves you.. Anyways, the stroller is quite heavy for me (but don't let that bother you unless you're as weak and small as me; 5'2" and not sure how much I can lift.) The stroller is also bulky. It takes a lot of space in the trunk of my car (2010 Chevy Mailbu). Collapsing the stroller can be difficult and takes time to master it and the pocket in back of the stroller is convenient. The bottom basket is big and is able to collapse for easy access but I have not yet used it. Now the car seat is definitely lighter than I expected. It took awhile for me to figure out the adjusting but I eventually figured it out. In smaller cars the car seat can be a little snug but manages to fit with the adjustment of the front seats a little. In my car it fits just fine. Although, installing the base and car seat in my car ended up angling the seat off (according to the indicator, which is very helpful!) that I had to put a folded blanket on the backside of the base just to even it out (otherwise my baby girl was leaning way too forward.) The car seat easily installs onto the base and the stroller and is easy to remove. I also love that when the car seat is installed onto the stroller, the covers can meet each other half way covering the baby, which came in handy for my babys first appointment (with all those coughing people at the hospital, ugh!) Overall, I loved this travel system. It was easy to assemble & met most of my expectations. Only thing i would change about it is the cup holders & weight of the stroller.
I really love this stroller and car seat. I love the flip it option and can't wait to use that when my baby is older. My only complaint is that there isn't much storage space by the bars, only the single cup holder. I ended up buying a stroller organizer that clips on and it's great! Other than that I'm very happy with it!
I wanted this stroller because of the flip handle and I have always heard Graco was a good brand. I love the stroller and think that it is safer than a lot of the other ones I have seen (the security of the carseat fitting into the stoller). The only downfall is I always have a lot of stuff that I need to keep at reach (phone, keys, paci, etc.) and the only tray on this stroller is located under the carseat and eventually will be at my sons reach when he grows out of the carseat and sits in the stroller. The next stroller I get will be Graco but something a little more accesible for my life style!
