I have read lots of reviews on this product. It is safe, well made, and can be used for a baby up to 30 pounds. I have looked all over different sites and this one was the cheapest. I have not gotten to use this yet since my baby will be born in 2 months. Its a great product so far.

I am so thrilled with the product. It is so sturdy and safe. I love the color, and the feel of the material. I am also in love with the handle. often baby carriers are so uncomfortable, but this handle is just great. It isn't too hard to carry around. I am really pleased!

Initially, I selected two different car seats (cheaper ones..) for our twins. I read all the reviews online and finally went to actually look at the seats. I am so glad I did because the initial seats I chose had the puzzle lock on the harness and had to be adjusted from the back. Had I not actually seen those other seats, I would have been very unhappy. Fortunately, I found the Graco - Infant SafeSeat Step1 with EPS (ionic). The harness is easy to latch across the chest and between the legs. This is especially important to us since my mother-in-law has bad arthritis; we needed easy to put them into and get them out of car seats. Also, the harness adjustment is in the front of the seat. This made it very easy for us when we left the hospital for my hubby to adjust the seat for each child. I would recommend this to everyone. We love our seats!

Finally!!!! Someone made this product!! It is great to be able to take your child out while still in this seat, especially while they are sleeping!! I wanted a product like this for my oldest child but it was not available.......so I am very happy with it!! Not to mention my 6 month old is happy with the extra room!!! What a great product...and it still fits to the stroller!!

I have three kids and drive a Dodge Neon. I had two Graco Cargo seats (the narrowest toddler seats I could find anywhere) for my bigger boys and my baby was riding in a Snug Ride, and then he got too fat, which prompted the purchase of this seat. I've been using the seat for about two months now. The stats online showed that this seat was wider than the Snug Ride, so I was sure it wouldn't fit, but thought I'd buy it and try before giving up and buying a new car (the only other option!). Not only did it fit, it fits better than the Snug Ride. The base seems narrower than the Snug Ride base and the seat itself isn't any wider. The seat is heavier than the old Snug Ride seat, but I almost never take it out of the car anyway, so that hasn't really been a problem for me. It is longer (head to toe), which does make it bulkier and more awkward to carry. The release lever to get it out of the car is much more difficult to operate than our old Snug Ride, but that may just be due to interference from the front seat - we're crammed in there pretty tight. Installation was quick and easy (I installed it in the Wal-Mart parking lot at night without any problems, using the seat belt since our car is older and doesn't have the LATCH system) and adjusting the straps is easy and straightforward. The strap used to tighten/loosen the harness works even when he is in the seat (Cargo seats you can't adjust if there is any weight on the seat - kind of a pain). I'm not a big fan of the fabric, I just bought the cheapest seat I could find. The fabric is really shiny and to me looks uncomfortable, but my son doesn't seem bothered by it. The head support that comes with it is more of a cottony fabric, not the scratchy shiny stuff, and his head is really the only bare part of him in the seat, so I guess it all works out. The handle is much skinnier, which makes it easier to hang our only car seat toy, but it does feel a little small in my hand when I carry the seat (I'm a very average-sized person). The handle is also much quieter and easier to move than our old Snug Ride (of course, that seat was old and this one is new, so...) The canopy seems bigger and is also quieter to move than our old Snug Ride. He seems to have a lot more leg room than he did in his old seat, so the seat is definitely longer. I did have to move the front passenger seat forward a bit to accommodate the new seat, but there is still enough of room for a person to sit without being too close to the airbag. The buckle is different than any other Graco seat I've seen or used. I think it is easier to use, but my husband commented the other day that one side always sticks when he tries to unbuckle it. The chest clip is much nicer - the old ones always have pinched little fingers and shirts/jackets are always getting caught in them; this one seems much smoother and I've never had his clothing get caught in it. I wish this had been available when I bought the Snug Ride. A far superior seat, not a terrible price.

My son and I love this car seat. It's so easy to install and easy to adjust the starps. He is now 4 months old and he looks very comfortable in it. We got this with the matching double stroller. Material is so easy to clean. The color is just perfect. Overall I am very happy with it!

This car seat base was easy to install into the car. It's also easy to strap baby in with the front adjusting straps. I previously had the standard Graco car seat for my first daughter and didn't realize how much easier this safe seat was until I got it. One thing I noticed is that it's a little heavier and wider than the standard Graco car seat.

This is a great carseat. We bought this to use on a trip when my son outgrew the length of his snugride. His bulky convertible seat wouldn't fit facing backwards on an airplane, but this fit great! We like this seat so much that we are using it for everyday use in the car instead of the convertible because it's SO much easier to install! It's great that it goes to 30lbs and 32inches because we can use it until he can face forward in his convertible seat.

I love this car seat. It is a wipe-clean material so that when your baby spits up, you don't have to disassemble the entire car seat to get it clean. Also, the front-adjust straps are awesome!!! The only downfall I can see is that the directions given to adjust the straps to the next highest setting for baby's shoulders talk about removing the back plate. My husband and I have both tried this and not yet succeeded, but we haven't tried too hard, as our baby is still small.

I love this car seat! Easy to set up, and strap the baby in, plus it fits with a stroller! The only thing I didn't like is that by about a year old, my baby girl had outgrown it! She is just a little tall, but I thought it would last longer...however, when she fit in it, it was fantastic! Easy to clean and durable as well. Graco is a trusted brand and I would recommend this seat (it just won't be the last one you ever buy!).
