We tried another brand of booster that was given to us by someone else for my second daughter my first daughter always had a Graco one and we purchased this Graco booster for her because we love the Graco one so much more. great to wash in the washer hang dry, love the cup holders that disappear under the seat when not needed
This seat is great. We are on our 5th year (which I know after 5 years they say it expires we're not quite there yet) but it's held up perfectly through nearly 5 years and 4 kids using it. I love that the covers and arm pads are completely removable for washing, which you should do more often than you think because once built up dirt (not stains, just normal build up) gets on there it is hard to remove. Just make sure you air dry because one thing that will happen is that the elastic will stretch out over time and just like a bra, drying it breaks down the elastic. The only other thing that has been a nuisance is that if the kids put something in the cupholders and then push them in those things can easily get lost inside the seat, like chap stick, DS games, and coins. Not fun playing the shake out game. But like I said great seat would absolutely buy again and have 3 of my 5 are currently in one.
We recently bought this booster seat for my four year old son because his convertible car seat/booster (from another brand) got left in the wrong vehicle and we had to go somewhere. I absolutely love it! My son likes having arm rests and also having a cup holder for his sippy cup or juice on either side, and I like having a seat that is easy to reach around in order to buckle or unbuckle the seat belt. It puts him at the perfect height and it clearly built to last. I'm also crazy about the beautiful blue color! We look forward to using this until he out-grows it, and then using it for our younger son once he's old enough.
This is a really nice buster seat, I like the way it looks & the fact that it has 2 cup holders. You can pull them out, and when you're done using them you can push them back in. My son just loves getting into his booster seat, he can buckle himself, there is a strap that keeps his seatbelt from coming accross his neck. We just love it.
Ordered this for the McQueen logo, to make transition easier. VERY happy with the solid comstruction, dual cup holders and the back buckle that helps align seat belt properly!! Never saw this on another seat, and VERY helpful for my little one!! Love it, worth the extra money for the licensed character!!
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good booster seat for their child. I know there are much cheaper ones, but this one is very comfortable for my child and he seemed to have no problem with the transition from the car seat with the 5 point harness to this. He really likes it!
Serves its purpose and more importantly, meets the cool appeal!
My 4 year old son who is very picky with his things love this one! Very lightweight, he can carry it himself from one car to another. I will definitely get another one for girls once my grandaughter grows bigger (she's 6 month old right now). Walmart products have the best cost and quality for the buck!!!
We acquired a booster like this from a friend. It is lightweight, durable, and SO EASY to get in and out of car or to get a child into it. We thought about getting a replacement cover for the one we have, but found THE PRICE TO BE SO GREAT that we just decided to replace the entire unit. In fact, we got TWO more - so grandpa and grandma could have one each too! I like the simple color scheme - especially for my dad's car. ;) The arm rests serve to provide COMFORT for little tired arms (However, they need to be able to rise a little higher or be removable for taller or larger children.). Additionally, the armrests create greater stabilization (i.e., ADDED SAFETY!) for the rider. I am so glad they are there! And, the cup holders...I wouldn't want to live without them!!! They are great for drinks, snacks, and even as a compartment for little toys, crayons, or stuffed animals! Thanks for including two in your design! Overall, I am very pleased!
I like the convenience, but I like the full seat better. The seatbelt strap is a bit of a pain because you have to adjust it every time. Also there's no side support, so kids can't really relax & fall asleep in it whan they're tired. But it'sreallyeasy to move from vehicle to vehicle.
