Starting with one negative...the stroller part is bulky when folded up and will take up most of the trunk of a car. That being said, this travel system is awesome! The carrier/car seat part was a daily necessity for my son until just recently. He is 6 mo. old and has gotten too tall (and heavy) to carry around in the carrier. Since he can sit up now, we no longer really need the carrier part. Even though the carrier only lasted 6 months, it was SOOO worth it! The stroller part folds up easily for storage and has lots of compartment space for mom and dad. I love the fact that it reclines to different degrees including all the wayy back and you can seal up the front so baby can sleep laying down without worrying that he'll fall out the bottom. The stroller has harness straps as well so as soon as the baby can hold his/her own head, you can use just the stroller part on walks or outings because sometimes the carrier does get hot. Even though we don't use the carrier anymore, we still use the stroller. Well worth the money for a travel system!
We are loving this travel system. It is sturdy and rides smoothly. I also like this pattern as it seems to go well for boys or girls. I loved that we could order this online through walmart because this pattern wasn't available through any other store. Walmart also did a great job of shipping it straight to our house.
I bought this when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I loved the design of it and I just had to have it.. my son loved the car seat and he loved being able to stay in his car seat and look at me in the stroller.. it's amazing . He's 13 months now and he still loves his stroller! It's so easy to push compared to a different one I have. It is a little big to store but that's why it's a fill sized stroller :)
We received this combo as a baby shower gift from our registry and LOVE it! Some of the other Graco carseat straps have to be adjusted from the back of the carseat (i.e. passage travel systems). This Quattro Tour travel system allows for the straps to be tightened or loosened from the front...big deal for parents. (Look for a strap hanging down in front of the carseat in the pictures.) We love that the carseat just snaps into the bases. The colors and pattern are neutral.
I've had this for three years now. The carseat definitely would have lasted me until she was a year, she used it until she was about 6/7 months and we upgraded to a convertible seat. It was beauitiful and unique. I rarely ever see this pattern while I'm out and people always comment on how much they like it. The seat has been great, a little heavy, but I loved it. The stroller has been awesome, never a problem and we use it a lot. It's easy to clean. I love the purchase!
When we were expecting our first child, I wasn't sure which direction to go with all of the different strollers available. My first child was a 9 1/2lb baby and the car seat went up to 30lbs and 32inches which was great for keeping him in longer. As he's gotten older, the stroller has gotten lots of use. It is rather large and hard to pack in a small car and on trips with all of our luggage BUT whenever we get to our destination I am so glad we brought it! We did purchase a small umbrella stroller for trips but its just not as functional. Our child can't lay down in the umbrella stroller but in this stroller he can fully lie down and be comfortable. There also isn't any storage in the umbrella stroller but with this one there is tons! I love the parent and child trays too. I just love the whole set up. Our child is now 2 1/2 and I've decided to purchase a graco double stroller. The car seat fits into the double stroller but is a little large for it. It may cause a little bit of problem but its totally worth it!
I havent used it for baby yet, but, for my first child I had an evenflo which was great price wise but had a lot of problems with steering, folding and durablity. This one does everything I wish that one did! I love the the canopies can adjust to face either way. It folds super easy. I put it together myself and was easy. It just does so much. The only down side I can see to it is the stroller is a little larger than my last when folded...not to much though (strollers are big so no matter what you get you'll probably run into that problem) and the price was a little higher than I would like to have paid but cheaper here at walmart than in comparison to other stores.
I registered for and received this set for a shower gift. I love the convienence of being able to open and close the stroller with one hand. The only negative thing I can say about this set is that the fabric doesn't breathe, causing my son to sweat.
We bought the travel system together with the Pack N Play and diaper bag, the whole set. The carrier is marvelous. We used it for about a year. The material is very pleasant and easy washable. We don't use the stroller often, because of its bulkiness. But already out of the car and fold out, it is very handy to use when we go out to the mall or fitness walking. There is enough storage for diaper bags, cups etc. I'm content with this purchase.
This is a great travel system. It was so convenient when my son was very small to just set the car seat on the stroller and go. The stroller is quite large - it filled my car trunk up completely, so taking it along while traveling was out of the question. I also loved that the stroller had a 5 point harness, which allowed my son to ride sitting up in the stroller long before he could sit up well. There is a large basket under the stroller and drink holders. A great purchase!
