Standard Graco quality. I'm using it for my first grandchild, and she seems to like it. I found it easy to install, even though I have an older car and needed the seat belt clip that was provided. I have no trouble securing my granddaughter with the adjustable straps. Because it's a Graco product, I'm expecting it to hold up through future grandchildren.
This was a great choice, easy to install and easy to carry around. The moveable handle changes the position of the chair which makes it useful indoors as well. Sometimes I will put him in it and put it on the kitchen table so he can watch mommy. I purchased the stroller that goes with it which was a great choice as well. Together made transporting my boy very easy. Definitely worth the money.
I havent used this yet since my baby isnt due for 2 more months, but I love it! I bought it to go along with the stroller and it fits perfectly in the stroller. I researched countless travel systems and by far this one had the best ratings. The color and pattern are cute and look better in person compared to the online pictures. It is easy to take in and out of the car base. Nice size, not to bulky or heavey at all. Even though it comes with a neck support,I would still buy a head support or use blankets around a newborns head since its a little big.
I ordered this car seat with site to store shipping. It arrived fast and I picked it up from a local WalMart. The car seat looks great, is very sturdy and looks very safe. I also love the color - it's good for a boy or a girl, although on the picture, the green material inside seemed to be lighter than actual. It is also easy to put the car sit into its car base and back. I would recommend this product to anyone!
This seat looks just like on the picture. I haven't tried to use it in a car yet, but it works very well with my Snap & Go stroller. (I just wish the plastic part of the seat could be offered in black to match the stroller). Set-up was intuitive and quick, and everything works as it's supposed to.
My son LOVES this carseat! The first one we'd bought, in store, at Target, wound up not being the one displayed on the box so we had to order it online. The shipping was pretty quick and the set up was super easy. My son seriously prefers his carseat over his bouncer, swing, bassinet... anything! He loves it!
We debated over purchasing a new baby seat, as our first son only lasted 4 months before outgrowing his. The print was nicer then it appears on-line, ease of set up was not really an issue as most of it comes out of the box as you need it. The only thing I do not like, is that the harness adjuster is located in the back of the seat, which makes it awkward when adjusting the harness on the baby. Install for the base was a pain, but I expected that with the vehicle that we drive (that and being 37 weeks preggie doesn't help!) On the whole, for the price, we are satisfied with this product. I do not expect to get a year out of it, as we tend to have long/heavy babies, that is why I left the durability blank.
My husband picked this out because of the pattern-it is good for boys or girls and what guy likes pushing around a pink stroller? The whole travel system was pretty easy to put together and the stroller is nice and lightweight-the carseat fits on the stroller beautifully, and safely. My little girl (3 months old) go for stolls a couple times a week. Can't wait until she's old enough to be in the stroller without the carseat! I would definately suggest the travel system for anyone!
I'm somewhat disappointed with this car seat. Although it had good ratings from Consumer reports, I just don't find it to be anything to rave about. My son appears to be VERY uncomfortable in it, as it seems to cause him to lean forward to much, causing his head to flop around when he sleeps. I do like that it just snaps into the base and that it also sits on his stroller, which he does enjoy. All in all, it's okay for the price, but I do wish it were more comfortable for my child. My child has very good muscle control, and has held his head up since the day he was born, but he is still unable to keep his head in a good position with this seat. Otherwise, no complaints thus far. We haven't been out to use it a lot, yet.
This is a very good seat, as in it is safe and secure. However, this is not good for any size car. If you buy this, you better have a SUV or larger. We had a Ford Focus Wagon and had to move the passenger seat almost all the way up. My mother's Saturn, forget it. We could barely get the base in the car. My father's Isuzu fit it okay, but we had to move the seat up once the car seat was put in. The seat is a good weight, light, even with the baby in it. It's just very bulky and big.
