After continously searching and being picky over what carseat my son was going to have I chose this one. It's light and easy to move with the baby in it. And the stroller is easy to move. the stroller is kind of bulky but that's to be expected. We got into a car accident with the carseat and my son was perfectly fine. Now I'm disappointed that i have to buy a new carseat.
we love this product, light weight stroller, easy set up, beautiful design(colors are a bit on the sutle side). i bought this in walmart on sale for 120, and as a first time mom with all the info out there on strollers and car seats, we decided to go with this Graco product after reading other reviews and was very affordable. we bought it more than a year ago, and my daughter is now 14mos. my son is due in 1 month, and we plan to continue using the same one for him, while we upgrade my daughter to a convertible car seat. only feature i wished this has is - 1. one hand opening of the stroller (when its folded down) 2. for infants, there was not sufficient head/boy support. i bought a Snuzzler® Complete Head and Body Support from kiddopotamus (Babiesrus) & it worked well for my 6-1/2 pound baby at birth.
This is an excellent investment. The car seat and stroller are perfect for our needs. The car seat clicks in place in the base, and clicks in place on the stroller as well. Additional bases can be purchased online or in stores if you have multiple vehicles. I use these products all of the time. My grandmother bought this for her first great-grandchild at my baby shower. It's worth every penny :) I use it while I'm out and about all of the time.
I think this Travel System is absolutely adorable! I received this as a gift for my baby shower and I really do love it! The carseat seems to be very safe and durable. It is very easy to get in and out of the base and also to attach and detatch from the stroller. The cover does show dirt a little because of the light color, but it is very simple to take off of the carseat and toss in the washer. The head support that came with the carseat was not very supportive for my daughter (who was just a little over 5 pounds), but it was easy to remove and replace with a little better head support. Now that she is a few months old, it could be replaced and work just fine for her. The stroller is great also! It is lightweight enough for me to be able to get in and out of my trunk without a problem and I love that it has cup holders by the handle (for me). I also like the storage area on the bottom of the stroller (it is perfect for diaper bags and my purse). Overall this is a GREAT product. The price is great compared to a lot of other Travel Systems that I had looked at before deciding on this one. I have been completely pleased with it so far!
i love this stroller/ carseat combo. i got it for a baby shower gift. my son loves to ride in it. if something gets spilled on the stroller it is very easy to wipe off and clean. i love the fact that you get everything you need at one time. my son was able to use the carseat untill he was almost one years old, he is a little peanut, so i really got my use out of the car seat and now thats its nicer out i use the stroller alot more. i would tell anyone to get this combo because it is well worth it.
I love this travel system. I use it every day to walk my daughter. The car seat was easy to install. I love that you can use the car seat with out the base so You don't need to transfer the base from car to car. The only draw back is both the car seat and stroller are huge. I have a Subaru Forester and the passenger seat has to be pretty far forward for the car seat and base to fit behind it. On the plus side I don't think my daughter will out grow the seat before she is a year old. The stroller is so easy to use I can open and close it with one hand. It is easy to steer even on gravel. The buckles are a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it they are fine. The stroller does take up the majority of my trunk space and is quite heavy. Over all I am happy with this travel system but I plan on buying a smaller stroller to take with us on trips away from home.
i havent used this yet as my baby isnt due for another 4 weeks.the only thing im not sure of is the padding of both the car seat and the stroller- it feels a bit too thin for a baby. i am doing a winnie the pooh theme nd it goes perfectly with everything else i got. great for either gender as we dont know the gender of the baby. .... omg i had to change _ex to gender.walmart detects profanity in my preview. thats funny.
The product is easy to fix and it looks good...the colors are bright than seen in the website. I havent yet used it but am sure its strong enough...well i had little problem while fixing the car seat base..i guess it depends on the car as well..but apart from that everything is great...i hope my son would like it too :-) .I got it home deliverd for just an extra of 97 cents and it came really fast than site to store pick up.overall its a good product.
Well, I am a first time mom and I had no clue where to begin looking when it came to car seats and strollers. All I knew was that all the pieces had to match, and that I didnt want it to be blaring pink..After a lot of research and stress, I decided to go with a Graco and choose this set. Mostly because it was a travel system, the discription said the stroller was lightweight and of course it had other matching pieces...I have been extremely pleased with this system. I love the colors and my daughter is intriged by he characters on the frabric She is always trying to pull them off when I put her in the car seat. The stroller is so easy to handle and folds nicely into my trunk. The netted storage area is great for picking up a few items when I grocery shop. Im glad I invested in this and I cant wait to make good use of the stroller as my daughter gets older. I am CERTAIN I made the right choice.
This product was easy to assemble. The stroller steers great. We use it at the ball field or going for walks and it has been easy to use. I like that I can open the front to put him in or take him out. The seat on the stroller lays down or sits up. The only down fall is that the stroller is bulky and takes up a lot of room in the trunk. The car seat is easy to carry. My son fit in it very well. He is now going to be 7 months and is just now out-growing the car seat. So worth buying.
