Our new grandchild enjoys this cute swing. Perfect for a newborn. Several cool features - adjustable height and swing speed. Adorable design...just matches the nursery!
This swing was easy to put together. The hardest part was pealing the sticker off of the battery compartment to get the batteries in. This is a great small swing to keep at Grandma's house for when baby comes to visit. It's small and doesn't take up much space. Can be collapsed for storage when not in use. I thought it was a good swing for the price. As for features, it has all the features I need. (no music or vibrating) It just swings. It's great for me.
I bought 2 of these for some twins that spend a lot of time at my house. They fold up nicely for easy storage and are easy to set up. The only negative thing i would say is that they are a little loud but i can live with that.
The swing is great and I like how light wieght it is and easy to take along or just move from room to room,
This swing has saved me countless days and nights!!! My baby is now 2.5 months old and very fussy, colicky, and spirited. It has been extremely difficult getting him to sleep. When I got this swing, this was and is the only thing that I can count on to really put him to sleep when he is unable to go otherwise. Also, I keep those C batteries around. I cannot afford to have this swing inoperable!!! I like it a lot, and so does my baby.
We use the swing 2x a day to help calm our 7 month old for His nap. The reclining feature is great- allows him to stay comfortable and snug. Only wish it had lights and music.
Easy to put together. My grandson is only going on 2 months old, but he fell asleep within 5 minutes of setting him in the swing for the first time. Easy control for the swinging motion, not to fast nor to slow. Very happy with this product & so is my daughter.
I read other people complain that it stopped wortking when their babies hit 12lbs, but my son is almost 13lbs and it works just fine from low to high. I also have a Ingenuity brand cradle swing and I prefer the Graco because of the upright positioning it has. My son has a cleft palate and has congestion because of it, the Graco swing allows him to sit up more so he can enjoy his time in the swing more than being drowned out by the congestion by laying down.
I feel the stars were not enough to entertain the my grandson. And they were made to hand too high/ Also, I think it would have been better if it had music on it.
The seat looks adorable but unless you want to push it yourself don't bother. My 12 pound daughter drained the batteries in 2 days. Replaced them and same outcome. It's not like we leave her in the swing all day. This was 2 one hour sessions. Really bummed out because she really seemed to like it but we can't afford to change the batteries every two days.
