I use Colby cheese to make my enchiladas with. Great melting and that stretchy cheese pull. The taste is spot on for Mexican food. Makes great quesadillas too.
Thank you my shopper for the sub. on cheese. First time I think? Shoppers and Delivery employees are people who gives and carries themselves with Grace.
It is the same great taste if not better then kraft at a cheaper price.
This Colby was delicious.. I like it sliced with anything.... I prefer this to the more expensive... buy every week
Molded cheese. Rotten
The quality has dropped significantly since 2019. It's now very greasy and has little cheese taste.
Too many times the cheese is dry, crumbly and almost tasteless. Maybe one in ten is how it should taste. Its like playing the lottery. Do I need to return it, can I live with it or is it really good. Makes me wonder if people making it are actually tasting it.
I didn't even open the cheese, it had mold on it. The best if used by date in 1/24/24. The cheese package is full of air, I assume it wasn't packaged correctly.
I'm really hoping this was just a printing error…but the best if used by date on my cheese was November 22, 2021??? For the record this was on a delivery order, I would not have chosen the year old cheese myself lol.
It had the flavor somewhat of Colby but the texture was like American cheese soft. Not great texture on cheese n crackers. I often play with great value brand and it's often hit or miss. This was def a miss. If you like real Colby don't get this brand. I'll make sure I get it from the deli at Publix from now on. Nothing against Walmarts deli, I just don't ever see anyone back there but to be fair I go early in the morning
